  1. Spencer Rattler, DJ- U, Stroud as an almost perfect prospect, Sam Howell. Get it while it’s hot.
  2. Will Anderson did say he was the best player he’s played against, for what it’s worth.
  3. I love that we have 16 threads on not trading Burns. Such a unique thought each time.
  4. We don’t have to keep beating the dead horse and focus on the miserable. It’s a huge opportunity lost, we get it.
  5. Idk why I could’ve swore we traded for Jared Allen like week 13 or something. I guess I’m just dreaming lol.
  6. Any possibility this deal reopens? I know deadlines passed but can we do one of those past deadline deal things?
  7. Ya know, initially I didn’t wanna do it. It would make the defense absolutely not dangerous on the edge. Might be discouraging to the rest of the team. I’m also not necessarily patient or wanting to look forward to 2 and 3 drafts from now. Those picks may be game changing by that time though. This Rams team shelf life is … short. I can see why Fitt didn’t take it from a selfish angle (thinks he may not be here for those picks). But the settled down me, really wants those picks. Who’s to say Burns even resigns with them? Pull an Aroldis Chapman and come on back with those shiny picks! I feel like we missed our chances on a lottery ticket, lol.
  8. That will be dirty. So much speed off the edge. And don’t let Andersons weight fool ya, he’s excellent against the run as well.
  9. I’m not EXPECTING wins after ridding of a coach (albeit , the worst I’ve ever seen) and the teams best player. I was vocal last week when we beat tampa because it’s awesome to see the team fight and get a win. The way we lost was comical, but I’d just rather look forward with a positive lens than kick myself for the loss. Atlanta isn’t going FAR either, they can have these false hope wins, because they’re due for a real rebuilding, as well. Similar spot as us. They’re prolonging the inevitable more than we are.
  10. It seems like there are two sides on the board. Those that whine when we win and those that whine when we lose. We got rid of the fat moron. That’s the biggest win of them all. Let’s start being a bit more positive.
  11. I don’t like to lose this way but what are the expectations? What is the long term vision? Fix the DNA disaster that was Matt Rhule, in three weeks? In the long run, this loss could mean the difference in a draft spot. Like how close we were to Herbert. In a perfect world, I’d love to win under any circumstance, but I understand that real, meaningful, future building wins aren’t really really on the table. Not with Pj Walker, Sam Darnold, or Baker Mayfield. Like I said, take any winning expectation and tamper it. If we get them, awesome, if we don’t , look at the bright side. It’s a positive when you look long term spectrum.
  12. So you’re gonna cherry pick the YPC stat? Obviously NYG sold out for the run. Seattle has upside at RB more than “no running game”.
  13. I blame most of those years on the fat moron we had coaching the team. This is the healing process. This Falcons team also beat San Fran, they’re not AS BAD as we’d think. This is the healing process. It’s irresponsible to honestly think PJ Walker can genuinely lead this team to a real shot. I want to see the team fight. I want to see what we have in pieces that were never given a chance under the fat moron. It sucks to say “it’ll get better” because it has been a rough stretch, but it really will get better.
  14. No running game? Kenneth Walker is an animal.
  15. I view whatever happens for the rest of the season as a win win. Win and establish a nice winning , gritty culture. Play like this and fight but naturally get a top pick, is also a naturally good consolation. The team needs a few things and got rid of the biggest issue of all (Matt Rhules stupid azz). Don’t put so much expectations on wins and losses, just take the season and enjoy the ride.
  16. Exactly this. I’m gonna enjoy the season and be excited for how it ends up regardless.
  17. I’m personally not moving him for a singular first. Todays WR market is crazy, our dead cap hit would be massive, that first may be to replace Moore, which probably isn’t as good as Moore will be, he’s locked up for a decent bit at a fair price, and he’s probably the building block of the offense at age. It’s gonna take farm like offers, otherwise just let the upcoming drafts add to the core.
  18. So you’d wanna severely reach on the third best available? I mean don’t get me wrong, I’m all for a trade down (say Philly wants to throw both of their picks at us for Will Anderson, I’d be game), but in THAT spot , ya can’t take Levis or Hooker.
  19. Are Stroud and Bryce the only worthy players in your eyes?
  20. Sounds like a plan to me! Burns, anderson off the edges is DANGEROUS
  21. Guys. We’re 2-5 and just played a game where the medias been nonstop feeding people “the panthers are garbage beyond garbage now”. They’re still playing for something. It’ll correct itself, we still won’t be spectacular. That’s ok. The evs and flows of the season are long. It’s not like we jumped to 7-10 or 6-11 with this one win.
  22. I don’t understand the anger in winning. I want a top pick as much as anyone, we’re still there. Building a competitive team that doesn’t give up is also important. Keep Pounding.
  23. I love the feeling I get when I watch him play. Yeah we can pick at flaws but I love his processor. He seems like a rich man’s Corral in terms of strengths and i oddly feel like it’d be really beneficial to have both, just because their play styles in terms of movement and processing are on the same book. I didn’t even factor in that he’s a brand himself thatll bring excitement back to the team. Just feels right for us.
  24. I think I’m highly growing into Bryce. He helps establish a “brand”. Idk if stroud does that, albeit he’s a safer choice. Bryce train here.
