Interesting. Curious how far back those stats date? I feel like medical advances have helped overcome bad injuries a lot better the past 20 years. Honestly feel awful for icky and hope he comes back better than before. Maybe we can resign him to a 1-2 year deal and if LT is too much for the knee, move him inside

This... I have a lot of problems with Rod, but I think this is probably the best coaching job he has done yet with the amount of injuries to key players we have had to overcome so far.

Because Kooch got hurt

Relax. Still in first in the division and still don't think we have played our best hockey yet this year
-
Smart choice. Tabletop game would have been way better than watching this
-
Man even though I don't blame Freddie, I swear he leaves the worst rebounds on saves he doesn't glove
-
What the hell was Hall doing there? Dude just kicked Freddie
-
Good news is we won't have to worry about Freddie being in net in the playoffs
-
Bummer of a loss
-
Feel like we have no shot in a shootout with Freddie in net, so better win this in OT
-
I don't argue that, but we have been awful in every aspect of the game today. Rare time it's not on Freddie
-
Jeez... We have to be on pace for the most shots allowed for us in a game this season

Surprise! Wait… Surprise Again! Kon Looks Really Good!

Surprisingly this team has actually looked pretty good when we have all of our starters healthy -
Panthers have a Jalen Coker problem.

While it's not impossible, it's much different when a star/established player holds out for more money vs. a UDFA that has maybe 2 million in career earnings (before taxes). Not sure he has the luxury to hold out when he has made such little money so far in his career -
Agreed - he had to endure the dumpster fires that were us and the jets for a long time before finding teams that aren't dumpster fires
-
And for everyone concerned about age for Mike, which I understand - it's much easier to play at a high level as corner in a zone scheme than man scheme. Agreed I wouldn't pay him a big contract, but I think he could still be productive in his early 30s in a zone scheme
-
Hard to compare the 2 because Norman had a great pass rush and elite front 7 in front of him, while Mike and Horn have a bunch of turds trying to rush the passer
-
I liked Sam with us, but let's be real - dude has needed a great oline, elite receivers, and very good OCs to look good. He wasn't getting that with us while we had him

Championship Round Playoff Thread

I was thinking the same thing - winner of the rams Seahawks game is going to obliterate the Patriots. Give credit to the Pats defense, but it has faced 2 teams that had no oline and a broncos team playing a backup QB -
Trading him away wasn't the problem. The god awful return we got was the problem...

Coleman seems like a less talented KB. Guy has no desire to be good... I'll take XLs trying but being bad over Coleman's intentionally being bad

In all honesty, we need to run more RPO. Far and away the best I have seen Bryce look throwing the ball is when we call that RPO slot slant/TE flat. I would love to see what our percentage of snaps with empty backfield was last year. We need to run way less of that formation and at least have teams dedicate some brain cells to figuring out if we will run or pass it with a RB in the backfield. And I can definitely believe we were close to last in motion percentage. I think the only time we ran motion is when we run that Horn jet sweep

To think the Titans fired Vrabel a couple years ago to now hire a much worse version of Vrabel is pretty comical
