    Agreed. Our scripted drives showcase this as well. Even games where we get blown out our initial scripted drives are usually good. Situational play calling and time management seem to be his issue.

    Well, to this point, today is 100% on Canales. We're leading right now if he hadn't started panicking and chasing points.

    I've been down on Bryce but I will say in this game he had a few very clutch 4th down conversions. I still don't think he's the answer long-term but he did a good job bouncing back from his mistakes early on in this game.

    Lmao you're hell bent on excusing Penix from playing terribly. The headset issue was resolved almost immediately after that tweet.

    Nah, ride Bryce the entire season and leave no doubt. Either he turns it around (unlikely) or he seals his own fate and secures us a top pick to draft his replacement.

    I don't doubt it. They haven't exactly been lighting the world on fire with their defensive draft picks.

    I can't believe the Falcons gave up that much for such a risky pick. Yikes.

    Great pick. Thielen won't be here next year and our WR will be set for the next few years. This draft is deep on defense and the drop-off is significantly less on that side of the ball well into the middle rounds.

    Of course he's involved to an extent. He OWNS the team. Most owners are in the draft room. As long as he's not overruling the scouts and Morgan that's not an issue.

    The guy showed zero emotion or imagination. I'm of the belief he didn't really care and wanted the easy paycheck before retirement. Matt Rhule wasn't a good coach but I never felt it was from a lack of effort. Maybe the third time was the charm for Tepper.
