Morgan's interest would/should have been what was best for the team, not was was best for Wilks. If he was truly against that trade then that's just really dumb.

Because counting on any player to successfully switch positions, particularly a position as key as center, and not having a clear backup plan is just stupid in any scenario. He played a number of preseason center snaps for Cleveland years ago, but coming off of there injuries makes it an even bigger question mark. I'm not saying he will fail and I'm not saying that the decision is baseless. I'm just saying that they really should have planned another clear option.

It was/will be borderline negligent to just blindly go into the season with Corbett at C and no clear backup plan. Sure hope it works out.
