If not better, at least there are no questions about his desire and chemistry in the locker room. Not a small consideration.

The ship sank in Titanic.

Hicks was alive at the end of Aliens, the only surviving Marine. Acid-burned, but still alive. The character was killed off at the start of Alien 3.
-
Yep, at the very beginning of the movie - took a steel beam through the chest during a crash landing. Interestingly, Michael Biehn (actor who played Hicks) got paid more for them just using his likeness for Hicks' dead body in Alien 3 than he got paid for co-starring in Aliens.
-
Great minds and all that.

Hicks died in Alien 3.

Boulevard Brewing Company here in KC. Purchased by a Belgian brewery in 2013, but their beer remains untouched and it's truly a local brand. I'm not a beer drinker, but I dig their Boulevard Wheat.

Around here, Wal-Mart sells some prepackaged salads that are pretty decent and only cost $3.

Henne's now with the Jags, so pity is appropriate.

Gas has its uses and benefits, but charcoal is absolutely superior.

Boykin had nothing to do with Jennings not signing here, if only because they are completely different role players. If Jennings would have signed, Cotchery would have been cut at some point.

Jameis Winston: I didn't steal the crab legs

As ridiculous as the NCAA rules are, it can cause a ton of headaches. Granted, everybody knows players get free stuff all the time and rarely get caught. -
Quotes from Panthers as Phase One of the offseason begins

Sounds like they're definitely all drinking the Gatorade. -
How is exploring all viable options being indecisive and/or wishy-washy? That makes zero sense.

Odds that he tweets that he 'feels like listening to Limp Bizkit for some reason'?

Because there haven't been any of those in the NFC North or on Chicago's roster in recent years. -
Update: Charles Tillman signed by Panthers (official)
KSpan replied to OnlyPantherFaninMaine's topic in Carolina Panthers
Agreed, but the big picture is that it's only one year. If it isn't incentivized Gettleman probably figures it'll be done and off the books next year anyway. -

That's definitely a Target-level contract. -
Charles Tillman, CB aka "Peanut" signs with Panthers

Would've felt better if it was Tillman of 5 or so years ago, but no real reason to feel bad about it. He's a great locker room guy and will be a solid mentor to the young corners. -
Only if he actually goes to Cleveland. If he goes anywhere else, he will be awesome just to torture the Browns fans as they think about what might have been.

I just don't see the issue with his Viking self as long as he isn't seeking big money. He averaged 60 catches and 800 yards his 2 years there, but I admittedly haven't watched every Vikings game so teams could be seeing something specific.
-
Probably, but unless he's asking for a lot of money or wants to be a #1 I don't know what he really has to prove. Other than being hurt in 2012 he's been very consistent. I guess people could be eyeing his 'decline in production' in Minnesota, but with AP's monster year in 2013 and their QBs last year that shouldn't be tough to figure out. If he takes a 1 year deal and does well, then teams are just going to point to his age and say he'll be declining at any moment and he'll be stuck in the same situation again.

RUMOR: Panthers looking to move up to 16-20th pick
KSpan replied to @bobbyagnese's topic in Carolina Panthers
Explain how 'the team is not being built well enough to compete', particularly in the context of judging, after only two years, a revitalization plan that the GM said from day one will take three years to complete. I won't dispute that the other NFCS teams are seemingly a mess, but there is nothing Carolina can do about that.
