  1. Shall we talk about the drops too, or who he’s throwing to compared to others TDs are coming but y’all keep moving the goalposts
  2. I hope they stay patient in how they build the team. I like the inside out approach. Upcoming draft/FA should be focused on solidifying the Defensive Line.
  3. Bears making this competitive now
  4. Lions offense is so fun to watch. My pick to win it all this year
  5. Let’s be honest . If the same song was sung by a white man it would be “real country”
  6. Got snubbed at CMT despite having a #1 hit
  7. Even many pundits picked them to win the division and make a playoff run.

  9. Karma - they made fun of us for getting fleeced in the BY trade
  10. Don’t know but my best Thanksgiving ever was in 2015
  11. What are the matchups, stats and superlatives? I think this will be a hard game. Bucs are a very balanced team on offense: 7th in total yards per game, 7th in passing, 10th in rushing. Baker is having another career year even better than last year but despite missing his receivers Godwin and Evans. Bucs defense is poor (29th) particularly passing defense, but we’re also depleted in our receiving with Coker and Sanders likely out. Running Chuba is key but their defense is better against the run. (16th) I think this is likely going to require us to score a lot of points to keep up and hopefully the home field advantage tips the scale in our favor. My other concern is our run defense and being able to stop their rookie stud RB Bucky Irving who the Bucs have shifted more carries to recently and he’s averaging 5.4 ypc and knows how to get into the endzone with 5 TDs so far.
  12. 4 games now he’s been back, not 1. He has shown improvement in each one
  13. Once again - nuance is important. One must have adequate arm strength but having a rocket arm is overrated. There’s so much more to playing QB in the NFL.
  14. I can, can you? You lot can’t even acknowledge he is finally looking the part even if it is a limited sample size. Let’s give him a chance to continue to prove himself
  15. Your comprehension skills are at the level of a 6 year old. The topic was the Chiefs game and that somehow 263 yds is pedestrian. Go troll somewhere else
  16. I never said Bryce is a better QB than Delhomme so there’s nothing to defend. Was actually making the point that arm strength is overrated. Peyton Manning had an average arm strength and we all know his career is second only to Brady. .
  17. The floor, really? Lamar Jackson is leading the league with 254 yard per game and you say 263 yards is median level against one of the best defenses in the NFL
  18. I think it’s debatable. I loved Jake and how clutch he was but he threw more ducks than spirals. Bryce throws a better deep ball in my opinion when his mechanics are not out of whack. I stand by that
  19. ok fair enough but we still supported Jake until the 2009 season when the wheels fell off. In response to nonsense about Bryce’s arm being an issue when he’s literally hitting guys deep in stride and Jake was notorious for throwing jump balls that Smitty had to wait for. My example was to show how ridiculous the Bryce hate has gotten that people can’t even admit he actually looked like he can play in the NFL. We just need to see it consistently for the rest of the season
  20. And what did I say that’s unreasonable? I didn’t say he’s made it or that he’s deserving of a second contract but have simply chosen to focus on the positive progression over the last 4 games instead of the same old stuff about his height and arm when neither been an issue as of late. Cheers
