Exactly. The lack of details on the injury and nebulous progress updates are a dead giveaway. Bryce is too nice to complain but they effectively benched him instead of letting him play through the struggles. The benching can’t be good for his confidence. If they wanted him to observe they shouldn’t have announced in July that he was the starting QB.

Well Andy is gettin praise for looking good against a weak Seahawks secondary. Let’s see if Bryce can do the same
-
I believe they’re 30th in the league against the pass. This has to be the game that Bryce plays and rebuilds some confidence. I am not buying the injury bs and how the media doesn’t question it is just embarrassing

PFF grades after week 3 (not for the faint of heart)

He also played against the weakest pass defense so far -
Not sure about that. Bryce would excel more because he’s very cerebral, knows where to go with the ball. Gun slingers aren’t as good of a fit in McDaniel’s offense
-
No just naming a few that wouldn’t since you think Bryce is not that special

Ridder, Fields, Wilson…

Bryce with Dolphins weapons would be deadly

Yeah he was going to be our Deebo! What a joke

I don’t see much burst he seems to have better vision though

Strong argument, why not just scheme according to their strengths, look at the tape from last year and introduce the same concepts
-
And most of that was in the fourth quarter when Saints thought they could play bend don’t break and Jameis kept going 3 and out
-
This team can’t run the ball How did we go from putting up monster numbers with virtually the same offensive line and assistant coach. Is there something wrong with the scheme or is it the players not getting the push they need? No QB can compete in the NFL if you’re forced to be one dimensional.

That’s bs did you see his stats before Carr got hurt? He was in the dumpster and losing 17-0 but then Winston started doing 3 and outs. Any defense will eventually wear out
-
Can we put this into perspective? They played against one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL that plays a lot of zone and not man to man. That’s why you saw more open receivers. You don’t think Bryce would have hit most of them?

Attendance for next week’s 0-3 Panthers v 0-3 Vikings game?
NAS replied to Dorian Gray's topic in Carolina Panthers
But if you do that you’ll be called a fair weather fan blah blah blah -
With MIN, DET, MIA coming up, we’re legitimately looking at 0-6 start
NAS replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Nah we’ll beat Min and Det -
Gotta respect this crowd, they’re the 12s

Defense not the same without him. He deserves to get paid when he’s up
-
If only we got to see Bryce against a below average defense like Seattle instead of a top 5 defense like Saints
