  1. Not just injuries. Dude developed a serious case of the Yips. He may never be the same again. I would only consider signing for a vet minimum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yips
  2. Good post. Trey Lance reminds me if Mahomes in every way. God, I hooe we draft him.
  3. I hope we are NOT one of those teams https://www.nfl.com/news/carson-wentz-teams-calling-eagles-potential-trade-qb
  4. Been a fan since 1994 but didn’t get to my first game until 2002 Game 3 of the playoffs 1st round elimination of Miami Heat. Baron Davis and Jamal Mashburn led the way. The Hive was rocking.
  5. Anyone other than Lance and I will be disappointed. Of course I assume Lawrence is not available
  6. I'd give them a third instead. If they want to move on from him, he can't be that valuable.
  7. Wow, you've really outdone yourself.
  8. Herbert has a cannon. Mac Jones arm is no better than Teddy’s
  9. I didn’t want Stafford but it wouldn’t have been a horrible decision to bring him in. My only concern with him is his age and durability. People pooing on Rhule are overreacting. I still want us to go all in on Watson but not give up any of our young players.
  10. Dude, have you seen Cam throw? He’s done as a starting QB. Stop living in the past.
  11. Monk just balled out tonight. Keep him!
  12. Don't get me wrong, I don't want this guy in the first or otherwise. I'm actually kind of concerned that Rhule is giving him so much praise. Perhaps, it's just coach speak.
  13. I think it will depend how he does in combine and pro days.
  14. Interesting article that could see us potentially trading down to grab Mond in mid-late first round. https://wbt.com/6196/matt-rhule-impressed-by-kellen-mond-at-senior-bowl/ Carolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule gave high praise to Texas A&M quarterback Kellen Mond. The MVP of the Senior Bowl was coached by Rhule and his staff this week and left a strong impression by throwing for 173 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday’s college All-Star finale. “We’re talking about a really, really football smart guy here,” Rhule said after the game. “You give him a play and he knows it. He kind of got into a rhythm there in the third quarter, just ripping some seam balls, making some plays. I think he’s got a bright future.” Mond finished an outstanding 2020 season, leading the 4th-ranked Aggies to a 9-1 record with a 41-27 Orange Bowl victory over No. 13 North Carolina. The San Antonio, Texas native threw for 2,282 yards with 19 touchdowns and three interceptions. In CBS Sports’ latest Round 1 mock draft, analyst Chris Trapasso has Jones and Mond going in the first 32 picks, but not Trask. We’ve seen plenty of projections for Trask in Round 1, but these are some of the first projections for Jones and Mond in the first round.
  15. Well we tried the other route and never had a back to back winning season. I'm all for it.
  16. Bring back the 100 post requirement
  17. Yep, the biggest reason is that Watson wanted Texans to hire Saleh
  18. Makes sense but you may be underestimating what it will take to trade up to 5. In a normal year, that may be fine but there will likely be competing offers
  19. Even if that’s true, those two teams will be receiving trade offers
  20. I was really hopeful he would be there at #8. But all indications are that there will be a feeding frenzy in the draft with an unprecedented number of teams looking for a QB. Our biggest risk is someone trading up to grab Lance who I think is the most promising prospect after Lawrence. Am I overreacting?
  21. 27 pts, 9 assists in only 31 minutes against the Bucks. His plus/minus was +37 He needs to start
