We actually have a legitimate chance to rebuild starting with getting the #1 pick and getting a legitimate NFL head coach who can take us to the promised land. We wasted 3 years with the fake rebuild and fake coach. Number one priority now is making sure we get the right QB. Hopefully Fitterer and the scouting staff are up to the task. Tepper - you have one job and don't screw it up this time. Hire the right head coach and just get out of the way and enjoy spending time with your wife. Now if we could only simulate the next 11 weeks and be done with this season so I don't have to watch.

Not impressed with Rams offense this year, they’re a shell of themselves. But our offense is still way worse, and while I think the defense can keep us in it for a while, wheels will come off in the second half as they get tired

I think Tepper saw it but refused to believe it and he was also worried about perception as an owner of firing coaches prematurely

Good read but gives Rhule too much benefit of the doubt and shifts blame to Tepper for catastrophic coaching. Tepper is to blame for hiring Rhule, period. The Stafford trade I am glad it didn’t happen. He is regressing quickly and looks like a one year rental to help Rams win the SuperBowl. He looks terrible this year

If he can be half as good at coaching as he is at speaking we will be in good shape

For me it’s less about winning, hard to do without a QB, but more about being competitive, developing young talent and putting them in best position to maximize their contributions.

Which is why he hasn’t been fired yet. My guess is that Tepper will hire some consultants to help him with, not only the coaching search, but whether Scott should stay on and what the balance will be with the future GM and Head Coach.

It’s called an opinion, this is what we do here on the message board. We’re not reporters but I don’t think it’s a stretch to say Fitterer didn’t get a ringing endorsement by Tepper today. Therefore his job will be up for discussion at the end of the season. I like Fitterer but I am not sure what happened behind closed doors and how much of the bad trades, specifically at QB will be put on Rhule vs Fitt
