  1. Agreed, at this point I feel like the chips are in to try and develop XL into a #1 but his catching ability is concerning. Can we trade back for DJ Moore? Lol
  2. Good #2 or #3 option for depth
  3. It just makes me even more pissed that Fitterer traded DJ Moore I would take Higgins or Godwin at $23MM a year but I'm afraid they'll want more.
  4. Do you mean our second round pick?
  5. For all the excitement around our young receivers, the Panthers currently rank dead last in receiving score per PFF. Thread is specific to free agent targets at wide receiver to help this offense. Here is a potential list of targets #1 Tee Higgins. He came on strong as a rookie and had back to back 1,000 yd seasons despite being a #2 to Chase. However, his production has fallen off significantly last two years, partly due to injuries. I am not sure if he will be asking for #1 receiver money but I don’t think he’s worth it based on recent production. #2. Chris Godwin Coming off an injury but has familiarity with Canales and his system. He should come cheaper and would add more speed and experience to this receiving core. Anyone else?
  6. It’s not about the ball moving, it’s whether he has control and he clearly did
  7. It’s partly to blame but even last year we sucked against the run due to his scheme
  8. Evero better have a plan to stop Barkley and the Eagles rushing attack. I don’t care if he has to put 11 in the box, there’s nothing more demoralizing than having a team rush for more than 200 yards on you. I would rather take my chances with Jalen Hurts even if he throws for 500 yards.
  9. Injury prone which is why we traded him in the first place. I wouldn’t take him back, sadly I think his best days are behind him
  10. I am sure it is I got this off Twitter, if someone has a subscription to PFF to pull it
  11. Bryce is top 3 in passing and top 6 in offensive grade over the last 5 weeks.
  12. This is the main reason we’re getting blitzed, it’s a simple math equation counting on our guys not getting open fast enough. Bryce did a great job side stepping or avoiding initial pressure, or buying just a little bit of time to make something happen. That’s why I laugh when some people act like Bryce should have 4 TDs and 300 yards a game. Nobody overrates our receivers like Panthers fans. Most thought that Diontae Johnson was some weapon and he can’t even sniff the field in Baltimore.
  13. Pun intended? Lol awesome to see Bryce getting better, still a lot to improve which makes me excited to see him reach his ceiling over the next few years
  14. Definitely a TD that was the NFL saying FU to the Panthers
  15. It’s a strong projected class of interior defenders so would definitely draft one to pair up with DB. cornerbacks will also be plenty so need to draft one either in first or second round. Wide receiver draft class js weaker than last year, I wouldn’t mind singing a free agent like Higgins
  16. Bucs were playing 9 in the box daring the Panthers to throw. If he didn't, folks would accuse him of not trusting Bryce. Ultimately, our receivers today were just not that great (outside of an aging AT).
  17. Nope, I was always a skeptic and wanted Stroud. But I'm not going to be blind when I see real progress. Bryce has what it takes, we can build around him now.
  18. yes - Saquon will set the single game rushing record against us
