  1. True, but I like the bet that Rhule is placing on himself and his assistants, that they can coach and develop players and that's our ultimate competitive advantage. That's what he's done at Temple and Baylor, and he did it with a roster last year that was on paper supposed to be drafting Lawrence this year.
  2. Did you see the video of Brown playing basketball, he is quick for a big guy he just can't run for long. Keeping his weigh manageable (say around 325 lbs) will help.
  3. I agree with this. Darnold will be playing in a much better system, one in which Teddy passed for more than 3,500 yards. Justin Fields went where QBs go to die.
  4. You’re dating yourself, they’re not for high schoolers
  5. Can we have Rhule coach the Senior Bowl every year? It seems to have made an impact
  6. They had a good draft, but I think noodlearm Matt Ryan is their weakness. Play press coverand dare him to throw deep with Brown and Burns breathing down his neck
  7. Yes why is there no Carolina Huddle youtube channel or podcast?
  8. Fair enough. I saw that Washington drafted one 3 picks later
  9. You’re not a scout or GM, so what makes your evaluation better than theirs? Mock drafts?
  10. Safety out of Indiana What do you all think about him at pick 109? I can’t believe he is still available.
  11. Apparently he never dropped a single red zone pass during his time at LSU. Wow
  12. Carolina Panthers (@Panthers) Tweeted: Matt Rhule: I thought Scott was masterful today https://t.co/gFtneO97wR
  13. Yes I am hearing Eichenberg being highly rated. I wouldn't mind
  14. I feel safety is a deeper position in this draft and can pick one up in the third round
  15. Makes me wonder if they were still hoping a QB they liked fell to them. We know it wasn’t Fields or Jones. I think it was Lance, my favorite all along
  16. I got the sense that’s exactly how the dynamic works between them and I like it.
  17. It does't nr who Tepper wanted, he's not the talent evaluator. At any rate, the biggest point is that this negates the notion that somehow Sewell was going to be the pick or that Panthers panicked when he came off board and had to scramble to pick Horn like some on here think.
  18. https://fb.watch/5bI6ckCOWK/ Matt Rhule to Jaycee “I told you last night” FullSizeRender.mov
  19. I wanted Fields tbh, you have to get the QB position right but I understand the gamble on Darnold.
