I haven’t played it in almost 20 years. You would think by now they would just have AI generate the playbook based on actual game footage.

Don't know anyone can pass Smitty other than his stats, he'll always be the goat. I do expect XL to break all rookie receiving records. Hopefully Bryce develops a connection with him and delivers the ball on time because I have a feeling he will have no problems getting open in the NFL.

2:0 start, let's go!

These lists are so dumb, who TF cares
-
Solid depth at least - I don't think we'll be able to count on Brooks until mid way through the season for any major carries.

is this a Canales guy from his days in Seattle?

Nice shout out to the Panthers draft - especially our 7th round selection

I agree, bunch of guys who won't have an issue with maximum effort and toughness, they'll maximize their potential and punch above their weight. -
Do You Agree With The Neglect of the Offensive Line from This Draft???

You can’t fix it all in one offseason -

You’ve earned it, cheers

I can agree with this logic.

Would you trade back from pick #101 to add a fifth rounder?

I agree - and I think having a legitimate TE threat in the middle of the field is what will suit Bryce's game.

If you only could select one of these players

Brooks would have started if he wasn't returning from injury but I think half way through the season will see increase in reps. XL better start day 1 or he wasn't the right pick.
-
He will get all 17 games. Nobody could be fairly judged behind last year's train wreck of an offensive line and weapons. This year - hopefully he'll have no excuses and you can judge him on his performance. My only hope is that he didn't get mentally damaged from being thrown to the wolves as a rookie. If he comes out stronger out of it and he can work on his footwork and mechanics, I think he will improve and we'll see more of a Bryce we expected.

A healthy Jonathan Brooks catching screen passes in the flat is going to be a thing of beauty. This pick was a real explosive weapon. I do think Cowboys would have traded up for him

Tepper had nothing to do with this draft, quit your whining

Panthers Select Trevin Wallace LB - Pick 72, Round 3
NAS replied to Bear Hands's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would just be curious where they had him on the draft board with other linebackers. It seemed to me like maybe they thought Junior Colson would still be there but he was snatched up by the Chargers 3 picks before that. If Colson was supposed to be the guy then I think they messed up. If Wallace was ahead of Colson on the board, then the trade down makes sense. -
Caleb will be a bust, after all he's getting drafted by Da Bears

According to Legette, Panthers will draft Legette at #33
NAS replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/xavier-legette-panthers-told-me-theyre-hoping-i-make-it-to-second-round “I’ve met with the Panthers about four or five times,” Legette said, via John Crumpler of USA Today. “The relationship, it just keeps continuing to grow. They’re really hoping I can make it the second round. They keep on telling me if I’m sitting at 33, they’re gonna take me.” Not sure how I feel about everyone knowing who the Panthers like, and being able to trade up to get him before he falls. This better be an intentional smokescreen and not stupidity. -
