  1. Doubt it would have changed anything. The opportunity to get a top player at a premium position at his age is so rare.
  2. This is what I was saying earlier. He wants to play close to home. Honestly same as AT playing in Minnesota (except he was contracted to play here). People have to let things fully unfold before they start whining. Regardless I doubt HR will have as good of a year as some think. I see him as a clutch 3rd down guy and a nice vet to mentor these young WRs.
  3. Yeah my dad was a big SC fan so I like to see them do well. Shula with a mobile QB equals watch the QB try to play hero ball. We have all seen it here…
  4. I’m worried SC’s lack of OL is going to prevent Sellers from taking the next steps progressing as a passer.
  5. Not uncommon for week 1 games. Especially against good defenses. It’s why I prefer my team play these small schools week 1 if they are going to play them. Gives the offense time to get calibrated.
  6. Also anyone thing we could have traded AT for a 3rd or higher is out of their mind. We did good to get a 4th honestly.
  7. In their defense it was our leading WR getting hurt followed by another injury, but yeah we still gave talent there. XL needs to be ready to step up while TMac adjusts to the NFL. JT should be a good receiving option as well.
  8. Him having success is good for football. Same reason why I want Sanders to do good too.
  9. Cool story. Anyway in regards to the bad throws to Hunter. That was Plummer.
  10. I’m confused. We are talking about the preseason hospital balls Renfrow caught from Plummer?
  11. OSU week 1 is about as tough of a pull you can get.
  12. It was Plummer they are talking about
  13. Renfrow clearly hurt Coker to get more money. Sneaky ole vet…
  14. A 4th is a decent return plus dumping part of his cap hit. You aren’t getting a 3rd for a WR his age on his last year.
  15. Agreed. It also made no sense for us to keep a RB on that contract when we had sooooo many needs. Whether we addressed them properly or not is a different story, but the trade made sense.
  16. Right. The coaches are calling the plays and subbing out the players. CMC isn't going to pull himself out of a game. The only recent player to do that was AR and he got hell for it.
  17. Kenny Clark is rumored to be the player. He has a big contract too so they basically get to dump that on Dallas to make room for Micah's money.
  18. I like it when they use Tremble in the fullback role as well. They can send him out on routes or let him help block for our RBs.
  19. Yeah he was drafted and stayed on the Lions active roster for a couple years. That's an upgrade over Plummer.
  20. Definitely an odd comment for a Panthers Board…
  21. https://x.com/daringantt/status/1961084044101271651 We are staying in touch
  22. So we have a 30 year old WR a year removed from the NFL prior to that he had two subpar seasons. It was always going to be an uphill battle to make the roster. Sounds like he isn’t sure if he has the ability to keep working his was up or not on the practice squad. But yeah dumb Panthers for cutting him….
  23. lol I’m just going by what he stated when he was trying out for our team. He was driving to practice from his house. It’s really not worth arguing over though.
