    That was almost a reality, but we’ve seen when teams stopped the run to force Bryce to beat them with his arm. I will say that Bryce has shown tiny sparks of improvement. Probably not enough to warrant a long term title as QB1 and make the Panthers competitive at the QB position, but still waiting to be proven wrong.

    I saw Coker block Burns successfully on a run play.

    He’s going to have to show way more to make up for the stain he’s put into our brains. However, he’s doing better in areas he’s shown to be deficient in for sure (not running into sacks as much, no jump passes, taking chances downfield, showing more passion.)

    I’m on the replace Bryce train but will give credit where it’s due. His demeanor and willingness to push the ball has definitely changed since his benching.

    I think I saw Ian Thomas and Jalen Coker lined up across burns lol. Panthers know. Bryce looks like a different player since being benched.

    I can imagine with all that delay in the stadium. Didn’t see if he had an ear piece in, but even then, would be hard to hear all that and still play in tune.

    I started a free trial of YouTube tv to watch it (I live in CA). The things I do for a losing team.

    As a former violinist, dang that national anthem on the violin was awesome.

    If he does get any stats this game, he’ll just be quiet the rest of the season.

    I will always have disdain towards Clete Blakeman and his crew. They missed a lot of obvious calls last night, and made up some calls for sure. Very consistent of him.

    His work ethic, knowledge, and skills have not translated to the NFL level. Maybe it’ll take some time for it to work out for him, maybe it never will. I will say that it looks like he’s been lifting because there was one shot of him during the last game where I was like whoa, dudes added some meat to those arms.

    that's my RB1. looking to reshape and rebuild the culture is what we need. doing it with his attitude and play already.

    I'm not sure if Bryce is the future but he did look different to me last game. I think Canales not committing to him long-term is great because it's making Bryce earn the job.

    I just want us to beat the new team of our former players.

    no, we can't do better. that's why its better to just hang on to him and hopefully he can build his trade value in the offseason by starting him.
