  1. I’d say the majority of our players are content just coming to work, get paid, go home, and football is the least of their worries. They don’t have any aspirations to change the culture, to win, to revive a struggling team. Our guys aren’t hungry, or they’re hungry for the wrong things. If football is a team sport then every man has only been for himself since Tepper took over.
  2. Maybe behind closed doors, but speeches and motivation only goes so far. The person/player has to do something with it.
  3. The last time I heard of our HC having meetings with our owner, the HC got fired. Sad to say that Tepper is still pulling strings and Canales is just his puppet in keeping Bryce out there on the field. those runs on third and long spoke volumes to me, that he doesn’t have faith or believe in Bryce (Bryce has earned that distrust).
  4. Bryce usually follows up outlier games with his baseline type of games, and even last week he was just mediocre. I'm tired of having a QB that needs everyone to operate at 110% in order for him to operate at 60%.
  5. With Bryce we are vertically challenged. He can't challenge the field whatsoever.
  6. 28 unanswered points. Only way we’ll “come back” is if they go into prevent mode. Bryce isn’t going to lead a come back while under pressure.
  7. still better than XL
  8. …and will probably get left off the pro bowler list. SMH.
  9. sometimes, the fans are more entertaining than the team itself.
  10. I still feel that Bryce can be replaced but today’s gameplan was effective. For the most part the short quick passes negated their pass rush, and that greatly played into Bryce’s strengths. I hated those days where Shula would force Cam to sit in the pocket waiting for long developing plays to happen, which directly fed into the strengths of the opposing defense.
  11. I’m still not sold on QB1, but I’ll always celebrate a win against a division opponent.
  12. He is, to us, but to him it was just another play.
  13. My dream trade for a "vet" would be Joe Milton.
  14. looks like he and Chuba locked eyes, but maybe he was stuck on Tremble. Either way, it was a bad decision to go anywhere else but Chuba especially during crunch time.
  15. I'm done gaslighting myself, and being gaslit by Bryce Stans, that he's good and just needs more time, help, etc etc.
  16. I thought he was able to handle pressure because of the incredible S2 score and being a son of a therapist. Like many have pointed out here, he folds under pressure. You would expect a year 3 QB1 to have shown some progress there but he’s the exact same player since his first start.
  17. that just blew my mind. lets see what happens next
  18. Bryce young is Mr. 0-2 to start each season. 1.) rookie year: 0-2 before missing a game 2.) sophomore year: 0-2 before benching 3.) third year: 0-2 before…
  19. This is very realistic and highly expected.
  20. Reminds me of Bryce's rookie year. Jonathan Vilma was calling the game and he said on live TV, something along the lines of, "Bryce wants to show off that big arm of his."
  21. If WRs can catch then Bryce would have 300+ yards a game if the O-line can block for more than 5 seconds then Bryce can scan the field with his S2+pro max processor of a brain If the defense can make stops then Bryce can cook on offense Bryce needs all the stars to align, everyone else needs to play the perfect game, in order to succeed. We have deficiencies all throughout the roster, but Bryce is the biggest one. That's why he's talked about the most. We were promised and gaslit into expecting a generational superstar at the QB position. That hasn't transpired and all evidence points to it never transpiring.
  22. I don't think any of our opponents are game planning against Bryce. It's 10 v 11.
  23. He is fine at sabotaging this team, Yes. I wanted to believe in him and believed in him after his "late season rise" last year but he quickly went back down to baseline. Bryce isn't inconsistent. He's consistently bad. We've seen enough to objectively make that decision. He's been given all the tools and resources in the world but he doesn't have the ability to use those tools. Canales and Morgan need to axe the guy before the reaper comes for their jobs.
