  1. Again, I’m team Stroud but whoever we take I’ll support. Whoever it is I hope he leads us to multiple Super Bowl wins in his short time as a Panthers QB because they’re never old enough to get calls, nor will QB protection rules apply which WILL lead to injuries.
  2. I think one thing we might be overlooking is the "increase" of head injuries. I would assume that every player plays through injuries but are smaller players more susceptible to head injuries/conscussions?
  3. If so, I would crown this coaching staff as the GOAT staff. Better win a Super Bowl.
  4. I’m team stroud but if young is the pick, I’ll support him until he gives me a reason to not support him. FYI, I didn’t want Cam because I was comparing him to Delhomme, but after that Arizona game I was sold. Hoping our next #1 pick QB proves me wrong as well.
  5. He has a 100% on making a 53-man roster in the NFL. My own personal bias/preference here, but he has a 50% chance of making the IR roster by the end of the season.
  6. Not replying to anything you posted, but your username is legendary.
  7. Eh, maybe signing him to gain some intel on the Falcons. I don't see him making the 53.
  8. We can take the Falcons seriously. They just need to take us more seriously-er.
  9. Too short, don’t care. did I do it right?
  10. He sure did. One of Stroud’s criticism is that he didn’t run enough, really? The guy definitely changed the way the QB position is played and viewed, stating with the concept that now it’s 11 vs 11. Imagine a young man Cam in today’s NFL.
  11. I'm team Stroud, but at this point, I think the panthers will select a QB with the #1 overall pick.
  12. If true, would Reich seriously bet his job on AR developing in 3 years? Would he seriously survive 3 years if we got AR?
  13. I wish this team did the same for our previous #1 overall qb.
  14. If he succeeds, more proof that the NFL was too big for him. If he doesn't succeed, lol. #ifhedieshedies
  15. Just curious now but did Jake ever file for retirement?
  16. Always liked DJ and I wanted him to flourish into a true #1. However, he never appeared to be that true number one where he could take over games. He just went out there and did what was asked of him, and didn’t appear to have that drive to dominate. The only time, to me, where he actually showed some emotion was when he took his helmet off last season. Sure he was penalized for it, etc etc, but that’s what I was always wanting to see from DJ. Now, hearing that he has a chip on his shoulder for being traded, I’m sure that will only show up when we play the Bears next season.
  17. damn, #inoneverydeal strikes again. I appreciate Fitt-losophy.
  18. 1 year deal and he probably has a shot to play seeing as Purdy and Lance are recovering.
  19. I hope this discussion between Young and Stroud isn’t like the one between Newton and Gabbert (lol). It might sound like Manning vs Leaf but I wouldn’t know because I was too young and did it follow football back then. Hopefully we come out with a Manning.
  20. Our rookie QB won’t have any proven weapons (at this point), but at least he’ll be throwing behind a pretty solid line. I’ll take that over having crappy line and elite WRs
