    The moves so far do indicate that Tepper has learned his lesson. Hopefully it’s true and remains that way.

    It’s a neutral statement but has a different meaning when it comes to this organization. We’ll just have to wait and see.

    I know nothing about development but is it possible to increase his throwing power as well? I would imagine it has nothing to do with muscle building.

    I didn’t know it was a rumor. I was going by what I saw during the pro days. Frank and Josh were all over Stroud, but distant with Bryce. Unless that was smokescreen.

    So...this division is still up for grabs. Hopefully we turn things around this year.

    Keep Evero if you can. I hope he stays long-term but get why he'd want to leave. It might be a reach but it seems like Tepper is allowing Morgan, and hopefully Canales, the room to assemble their own staff. I believe last year Reich was told who to hire, even if they were folks he hadn't worked with before. Looks like Morgan was able to bring in a fellow Seattle guy.

    I would love it, but Evans wants to stay in Tampa. I don't think he'd go to a trash division rival.

    I wanted Ben Johnson more after watching their last game in which he was actively adjusting to the defense (probably a normal thing to do but we haven't seen that much in Carolina). I'm on board with Canales. Hope he and Morgan can turn it around. We need to change the culture from Keep Purring back to Keep Pounding.

    I thought Tepper allowed folks to be and look themselves when he bought the team? I prefer clean cut Cam but don't mind his look now either. I'd hate for him to go to ATL but would be cool with it because I always traded him to ATL in Madden anyways.

    I hate the direction the team has gone the past few years but I'll always remain hopeful. Hope Dan is instrumental in turning things around.

    I think most players would want to play for their hometown team. I'd hate it, but would understand why.

    she's 0-2. Hiring Reich and drafting Bryce.

    looks like NFL.com has a typo having him as Assistant GM. Hope brings back the toughness of Keep Pounding culture.

    Can't say enough good things about Cam the player. I'll always defend him. He made lemonade with lemons and never complained. NFL wasn't on his side, refs didn't protect him, and he still dominated. I'd say he was the first to truly make it 11 on 11.

    The only player to give a damn all year as evidenced by his consistent play.

    The only thing Bryce proved me wrong about this season was that he could take hits.

    Tepper is soft. The team has been soft since he took over. I guess Richardson was tough because his hires and players were the epitome of Keep Pounding.

    Remember when those of us who wanted Stroud were told that Bryce was the right pick? Yeah he was the right pick if we wanted to be sitting home during the playoffs.

    Are they going to block ATL from interviewing him as well?
