  1. Dang he looks better than Bishop, @MHS831 this maybe the best bet now.......Im moving my chips...
  2. I agree, same for Coker. There is room on this 2-15 team. Outside OL and RB, all other spots still have depth openings.
  3. 7-Year Senior, o boy those NILs had the Panthers draft target grey hairs.....
  4. God dang, Morgan is doing better in the UDFAs than the draft picks!!
  5. Beanie Bishop Jr., CB, West Virginia Bishop wasn't even at the NFL Draft Combine, but he clocked a 4.39 40-yard dash at the Big 12 Combine, which is faster than the combine times posted by highly touted corners such as Terrion Arnold (4.50) and Kris Abrams-Draine (4.44). He'll be 25 before the season ends, which is another reason why Bishop's stock is low. But after earning honorable mention All-American honors from CBS Sports with four interceptions and a whopping 20 deflections in 2023, he's absolutely worth a late-round pick.
  6. 225,000 salary guarantee AND 25k SB..........Thats a big way of showing you are wanted...
  7. That was a legit great value trade, no question. His best move followed by sanders in the 4th. Im just a position value nerd and grading early is wrong, but I had to express my concerns with the herniay like draft.
  8. My guess is Morgan drafts another LB for his last pick.
  9. Dan drafting form his era, 2nd round RB and 3rd round LB huge let down. Just like Marty gave me a hernaiy would still draft..... Doubt his UDFA class changes the D grade.

  11. I think it average for a 5th rounder type, I will check his senior bowl play (plenty of 4.4 WRs there) to see if its truly slow.
  12. One fact that many didn't know about captain was he had like a 400 LB bench. Now I think benching is trash and worthless, but for a 180 LB guy ....... that's a big reason why captain was great in press coverage, you're not going to move him off your spot.... troy Hill made chinn sit the bench and I hope he's willing to coach up wade....
  13. Yes and he was 9th overall. For me 4.54 isn't slow for a CB, now if you to comment on his short arms, which make you look slower. richard Sherman was a 4.6 guy by my members unit. I think he was a 5th too. Hell 40 times are mainly who worked on the the starting blocks 95% of the time. Ill have to watch the senior bowl stuff to see if he plays slow.
  14. I think he's the troy hill successor. Plus he can play outside too according to reports, but his home looks like slot, an evero slot. He shouldnt be cut, I mean Jamie robinson didn't get cut.....
  15. Yep, if you flip the 3th and 4th, it looks better...... Morgan just trying to get ahead, but not to go on a CP rant. I hate drafting RB and LB in the 2nd and 3rd, just like the herniay days. Im just a big positional value dude especially in the early rounds. Felt like Morgan drafting in his playing era.....
  16. Much like sanders this year, he was the only pick I liked last year. He was TERRIBLE, 100% would have be cut if not for being drafted. Guys off the streets were getting snaps over him.
  17. At a couple places, smith has a 3rd grade, I got no opinion. gulp.....besides C, OL seems to be the strongest unit on the team along with RB...
  18. Same for blaher report. It's my first time even seeing him, so I will form my final opinion within 3-5 minutes.....
  19. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10105350-chau-smith-wade-nfl-draft-2024-scouting-report-for-washington-state-cb OVERALL Chau Smith-Wade is an ultra-athletic cornerback with two years of starting experience for Washington State. Although he's slightly undersized cornerback, he was very productive throughout his career. Smith-Wade looked like one of the top cornerbacks at the Senior Bowl this year. He was able to show off his quick feet and fluid hips in coverage, along with his slot corner skills. Smith-Wade has the versatility to play both man and zone coverages. When in zone, he has the vision and spacing needed to capitalize in coverage. He is able to see routes develop and quickly identify threats while reacting to the quarterback's eyes. At times, Smith-Wade can get caught gambling or staring at the quarterback too long. When playing the ball, he does a good job of getting his head around to react, but he lacks the hands to capitalize on his opportunities. He excels in press coverage, where he is able to show off his footwork, lateral movement skills and twitch. He does a very good job of using his hands while in coverage, but he can be too handsy downfield at times. Smith-Wade has shown great twitch and explosiveness when driving on the ball. However, his high pad level can cause sloppy or hesitant footwork and transitions in off coverage at times. Although he lacks ideal size for an NFL cornerback, Smith-Wade shows up in the run game. He is quick to identify runs or screens and comes downhill with good aggressiveness. He often uses his quickness to beat blocks in space, combined with good hand usage when in limited space. However, his lack of overall size can show up at times in run defense. When matched against bigger blockers, Smith-Wade can get walled off and forced to run around blocks. As a tackler, he does a great job of getting the ball-carrier down on the ground. He often runs through the legs or does a great job of securing the wrap tackle. At the Senior Bowl, Smith-Wade was able to show his versatility in coverage from the outside and nickel positions. Due to his lack of length, the nickel position may be the best fit for him, although he provides more than enough skills to be a depth player as a high-level backup. GRADE: 7.1 (High-Level Backup/Potential Starter — 3rd Round) OVERALL RANK: 75 POSITION RANK: CB10 PRO COMPARISON: Troy Pride Jr. That last name.....
