  1. Would bump this up if Watson still was in the early part of his rookie deal, that 35 mill and 39 mill in 2023 hurts. Even with it being the going rate, but this issue is panthers would be a paying IR'd player 35+ for two years.
  2. We already got a 5th for Kyle Allen, doubt we have any trades with them if hernaiy gets the job.
  3. I still can not believe the rumored 15 teams turned down this chance at personal scouting during convid BS. Along with RHule being a fresh college and this game, it should give a the panthers a rare advantage. Fritter should be legit with his college focus too, just got to nail the draft.
  4. And TE and LB, we need some late round/UDFA magic to hit 2 out of the 4. Good thing is CB and LB have good odds of that happening.
  5. https://fanspeak.com/ontheclock-nfl-mock-draft-simulator/draft.php?d=tzffeo 8: R1 P8 QB Trey Lance - North Dakota State 39: R2 P7 OT Rashawn Slater - Northwestern 73: R3 P9 C Josh Myers - Ohio State 110: R4 P8 OT Liam Eichenberg - Notre Dame 148: R5 P7 TE Charlie Kolar - Iowa State 188: R6 P9 CB Kelvin Joseph - Kentucky
  6. One thing that got lost in the Herniay sauce, He never adapted to position value. Its important, I believe for certain Samir Suleiman once he came over form Pittsburg, was like "This is wrong". Made CMC the richest RB by far, even with other big names signing after he did. Look Mike Davis played great, still he claimed him and was ready to pay him 3 million for 1 carry/2 Biltz pickup per game. Its not the right path, but here we are. MLB in the top 8, is not smart football. Especially when this draft has 4 QBs, 1 LT, 2 WRs, 2 CBs, 2 DEs that grade just as well.
  7. You would you pick ifs all is equal. 15 years of Bill or 15 years of Tom?
  8. Honestly Otto Graham belongs in the GOAT topic, he never gets credit. Like a better throwing Cam in the era of running and he still put up insane numbers compared to his peers. He was not human. @Davidson Deac II or any other old timers remember him?
  9. That comment was focused on Elways' early years, he carried the team to the playoffs/superbowl with no help. Similar to that one time LeQueen did it before he went superteam BS. AI is a better example, but in NFL, its near impossible to name someone carrying a team more than Elway for his first 10 years.
  10. Whats your breakdown for the credit between Bill/Tom? 50/50 etc.
  11. Yep early not when he had Terrell Davis, Neil Smith, Sharpe, Atwater etc. When he carried the whole team in his early years. Then when he was old and rings happened, that helicopter run was epic.
  12. No running game and defense ranked at best mid-pack. Name some better players during his early superbowl/playoff runs.
  13. Chuck youve made thousands of comments, but this one is truly a bannable offence!!
  14. Before my time, but you make seem it like i should know.
  15. Carried the whole team, think about the other big names on those early teams. Rod Smith, a UDFA when the draft was like 14 rounds(who John made btw). Karl mecklenburg is about the only other name, he was the 98.76% of the team.
  16. What a prime John Elway? Carried teams to the Superbowl with nothing.
  17. Browns record included? Bill went 10-6 with Matt Cassell starting 15 games, 7-9 with 5TDs throwing Cam and league high Convid opt-out. I dont know about pre-Tom, he replaced Drew Bledsoe. Drew was a legit QB, doubt they had much of losing record during Drew-Tom era.
  18. I want Fitts to add some staff, namely Matt Berry form Seattle. About the only I read new is Fitts (like Rhule) is big into sports science.
  19. Morgan looks ready, more than Luke if a game where to break out.
