  1. DJ has him going #2 overall(wilson) in his latest mock. Its over at nfl.com. Has Lance going to the failcons(i may go insane). Has Fields to the panthers, Sewell is still on the board til the cowboy pick him. If that happened, MUCH prefer Sewell over Fields. Hes also got Slater going 5th, loves him. Theres about 12-14 studs in this pool, I hope Fitterererere is aware. I believe we need to stay put right now. If you do your top 9, god dam panthers will get a legit player at a spot of need/want.
  2. I dont want to make him the starter, just give whatever snaps that Thomas would get to Sullivan. Mainly Im done with Thomas, hes had three full years and two different coaches staffs. Time to invest else where for a TE, but no issue with keeping him as a #3 so long he fairly beats out others. Hes still on his rookie deal, only reason to keep him cause hes cheap.
  3. Brady should know him, hes form LSU. Got good combine numbers for a 7th rounder. NO BS Im ready to move on form Ian Thomas as a starter, give this guy his snaps instead.
  4. All for that, good example was Clowney was traded for a 3rd(seahawks 3rd so later). I thought that was a legit and I dont hold a high opinion on CLowney.
  5. I made a thread for his first move and no one had TE/DE Stephen Sullivan, you guys suck!!1!1!11
  6. Thats been the norm for many teams. Always varies somewhat, plus teams do value differently ie 3-4, 4-3, west coast etc etc. Bout to talk out of both sides, but all offenses run the plays if it works and defenses mainly rush 4 and drop 7. Still you look for traits more than not. Also if you trade back, that group leftd has less OT, DEs, QBs, WRs. I want to pick form a good group, not 1 OG, 1 SS, and 1 LB. I hope he doesnt take players off the board, put them in a high risk, not completely off. Tyrann "honey badger" mathieu was taken off boards and hes still ballin. (not for firsts or early 2s).
  7. People always bring up starting Bell and chandler at OTs as a Dave fault, he had negative cap space due to herniay. Dave fixed the cap and got it stable within 3 years. Then he handed herniay a 11-5 team in great cap position..... Of course herniay fuged it ALL up again, fug that guy. Soooo glad hes gone and he cannt hurt this team anymore.
  8. I liked it, but Im a sucker for non-coach speak 90s promo stuff. Hes alive and not some robot and who the fug cares about the cussing part?
  9. You mention Carson, hes a Derrick Henry type. Seen him bully defenders on the reg, just health is a issue... like for most RBs. They also had around 10+ picks in most drafts too. I prefer 3 cheap players with 4 years of control. 3 mill in cap space for three players, rather than one 16 million at a weak spot.
  10. I liked his play for the most part, but Im also a big Sam Franklin fan. Boston (thanks herniay) almost needs to be kept this year and then his deal is very cut-able. Chinn is the wildcard. I heard all the safety talk, not buying it. See how much this off-season changes him. I like him as a joker type. Honestly Safety is one of the few spots, thats a strength. I also think Rhule loves Burris, heard him say so a few times. Hes also a lair too...
  11. One thing I saw, every year they spent a pick at RB.... too bad with CMC thats out of the question. Its almost like some teams dont value the RB spot..... 7 out the last 8 years, they spent at least one pick at RB(mainly late rounders). Two years they spent at least 2 picks on RB in the same draft.
  12. No thats why you give him a small role and see if trust builds. Chief Consultant of Pro players or some other made up role. He would be a asset, tilt he proves he not. During those great drafts in early 2010s, Scot was there and its said he had loads of input/power on those picks. Everywhere hes gone, he finds tough strong all football types. Thats what Rhule wants, its worth a gamble.
  13. I remember when @Zod was 100% against dark theme. Glad he came over to the dark side..
  14. be close to 42 mill, total. why do you want to cut Burris?
  15. I didnt know about him and he came on late with plenty of rocket fuel. Forget football as that pains in this choice, if you take Tepper/Rhule whos a "fit" for them? Thats where firttererererer won, personalities are puzzling. I bet Fritterereer knows how to work a room full of Tepper types(hung naround Paul Allens crew). Thats Rhule too, he went form the North to Texas and got everyone believing in a yankee. Fritterererereer imo, has the same magic.
  16. I do want Matt Berry form Seattle, it will be a wait/see after the draft about new people. I bet more than a few current staff will want to join RR & Herniay. He could also bring on Scot McCloughan in a minor role. His demons are know, but hes also a REAL talent evaluator....David Tepper... I know they hot for an asst GM role, I bet they add about three totally new roles along with replacing scouts that leave.
  17. Let them dream, its been a rough last years as a panthers fan.
  18. It is better, less litterbox leaks and fewer carry over fights in new threads. That alone would solve many issues. Remain on topic and no religion or political BS, makes happy huddlers! We're all panthers fans, even those weirdos form other trash teams too, or they would not be here!
  19. With this being a weird year and having to adapt to huge changes, Frittereerererer has been scouting this group of draftees for around 7 years in most cases. That mixed with Rhule/staff fresh out of college, its great for the panthers cause we need to ace this draft and get a great UDFA haul too. I did also hear Fritererrerer is well like around the league, thats great for trades. More than a few teams only trade with a few teams. Panthers and Seattle already are trade BFFs.
  20. You losers are all wrong, this means the panthers are for Matthew stafford, deshaun watson, and trading up to #1 for Trey Lance!!!
