  1. Yes one of old friends, "anger can be weaponized" Controlling is a problem tho, no one has that figured out. You need to be in control doing your job, no matter the job. Steve Smith was driven by anger/hate and had a good control for 98% of his playing career. I see the same drug of crowd cheers, in getting your social media followers up. Make no mistake, its a drug. Lastly if you want to hoot with the owls, you better soar with the eagles first!

Pay cut is the only way, rather keep Teddy 2 yards. SF just needs to cut him, he has no value....unless herniay never leftd the GM role.
  3. No more ladies for anyone once Jimmy G is in town, I wonder what his contract details are... hmmm off to sportac!
  4. If if came down to pick which one Id rather go do something else, Its Mixon, hes the final boss form the JR era.. Kevin Donnalley is another one I can not stand. Everyone but jim szoke can go cover Campbell Un for all I care.
  5. Tony is a necessary evil, he didnt care about fines when something needed to be said.
  6. This coming UDFA class will be the most talented in NFL history(imo). Its of the up most importance to be ready, I hope Rhule and Fitterer attack it with 100% effort. Some of those players will need to age, before understanding why Rhule was going tryhard coaching for a bowl game. I hated my driver instructor for 3 weeks, but after years on the road, glad she was a hard asre about driving rules/paying attention etc. I was ready, while the other instructor was a total cupcake and my friends where not ready for highway, traffic, or parking.
  7. Top dawg is good people form what I remember, everyones getting testy cause NFL is soon over and panthers have gone full QB black-out drunk. Lance is a one of those you either love him or hate him types, so that brings heated debates. Im aware hes a huge gamble, but I like the odds going with team lance!!... Much rather gamble on QB able to win multiple SBs, rather a QB whos ceiling is kirk Cousins(jones).
  8. I hope Joe is right here, Rhule is a lair and this could be one of his lies. @Varking how DARE you say the lord and savior Trey"18 times superbowl MVP" lance can't throw, shame on YOUU!!1!1!!!
  9. Can you link where you had Herbert as the #1 pick last year?
  10. You low IQ drooling non-self controlling gamers have ruined the system, EA should have been bankrupt long ago. Awful awful company.
  11. Future 1s, and mid-rounders at least. More than the insane RGknee deal and that was only couple spots.
  12. Nice story, I'll try to keep mine short. I went to the same school as the RB George, just I was ahead in grade. We knew each other, but not friends. George knew me cause I lifted with the some of the players for a class and most wanted me to play ball. I worked after school, had a long term gf, and raced go-carts instead of football just did not have the time. For some dumb reason I went to college and george followed soon after. The college team needed help and I bumped into him at dinner hall. Now he was about the whole offensive in HS. It was hike hand off the ball and geogre would barry sanders. Stories about his speed were a plenty and one a while I act out of character. He was 5'5(on a good day) 155 LBs and I was 6'3 225. Chatted up(we spoke waved before) and told him the team needs you, he laughed. Then I remember all the legendary HS stories about his speed. Begged him three times to race about 60 yards, "Nah I havnt workout in some time and need to stretch etc etc". F that, its just a fun race, I want to see your speed. "Ok, lets do this." Fyi-At the time I was slightly above average in speed. We take off, neck and neck first 15 yards or so and I reached my top gear. 20 yards, while I got my full race face on and he turns his head towards me.....Starts talking in a normal voice. I could not talk at all, since my focus was running the hardest possible. Few words later and hes like "welp time to go!" It was like when youre walking and pro power walker blows by you. Bye, I stayed in 3rd gear and george put it in 4th.
  13. Rhule is a winner too, he got exposure. I bet when some of those players become FAs, they will want Rhule as a coach. Plus it helps with the UDFAs, this is the most important year for them.
  14. Helps having the best defensive player since LT. Plus a genius HC that caused big changes though out the league. Many ways to build/improve a team. For the mid-market Panthers, the draft is one of the better models to follow. I mean if you suck at drafting, it is better to get proven players. If you suck at drafting, NFL is not your game also.
  15. Just like Haskins, no issue so long the price is cheap. Mitch looked better last year and I called him the worst starting QB in 2018. QBs can get better.
  16. The difference in speed, o my. I still remember running against a great high school RB in college. I was giving 101% and he was talking to me about half way, then he put it into another gear and I ate dust. Kicker was, he wasnt even on the college team! All-world High Schooler for a 4a school couldnt even make a crappy D1 team.
  17. Buffalo traded the No. 22 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, as well as fourth-round, fifth-round and sixth-round selections. It received a seventh-round pick along with Diggs. Viking took justin jefferson, who if not for Herbert would have been the clear ROTY. Bills also had to re-do Diggs deal- The tweaks included increasing Diggs' 2020 compensation by $3.3 million (to what is now $14.8 million), reducing 2021 cash by $300,000, but also increasing the 2021 guarantee by $7.7 million to $11 million, and finally, reducing 2022-2023 cash from $25.55 million to $22.67 million. Diggs had a GREAT year, give me Jefferson on that rookie deal plus picks 10 times out of 10. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ The Indianapolis Colts announced a trade with the San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday, sending the No. 13-overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft in exchange for All-Pro defensive lineman DeForest Buckner. Immediately after making the trade, the Colts signed Buckner to a five-year deal with $21 million per season, according to multiple reports. This deal makes Buckner the second-highest defensive tackle in NFL history. SF used pick to draft Javon Kinlaw. Look at the difference below compared to 21,000,000 per. He also had a great year, both Kinlaw and Bucker. In both cases the teams panicked hardcore, if they just used the pick on the player, they would have came out in greeeeaaaaat shape. I hope Panthers are not ready to panic trade and ruin the rebuild. 18. I know Rhule pointed out how he wanted someone who was able to trade up and down. It seems he called out Herniay, cause reports are Rhule wanted to add draft picks. Herniay of course did the opposite and lost a trade pick. Also Herniay didnt care about comp- picks, another way proven method used by Seahawks, Ravens, and Pats. Herniay waaaaay over ran his time , fuging twice! Just like Rhule, Im not going to judge Fitterer his first year. Hes not Herniay, thats enough currently.
  19. Say its a 50/50 a QB drafted at #8 is legit. Now there another 1, 2 2s, and 2 young defenders to build with with having the most valuable thing is all of sports. Watson loons heres some hard pills to shallow facts- Hes had 2 ACLs injuries, both legs. Lead his team to 4-12 record, while being 'elite". Will be paid close to 40,000,000 in 2022, a rookie QB will get 780,000 (cap hit of 4 million). Why?!?!?
  20. Hes going on a Daniel Jones type of arc. A team carolina(giants) likes him(not idea why) and doesnt want to risk trading back into the teens to pick him. So the growing idea is to take him at #8(GROSS!!) and not risk the trade back.
