  1. Im a pure sucker for long arms, 100%. Its almost if Slater is like 32', Id take him completely off the board. Other teams feel the same, CBs is another. Frittereer came form a team that started that trend for CBs, it does make their 40 time less important since you cover more surface area. Im that way about every spot, including punter! Long arms >>>>> short arms. Its the Boxing in me...
  2. Im driving the Lance spaceship and always honest. Hes a huge future projection, a big gamble at investing a top ten pick in. What can I say, Im a believer that he will be a legit top tier NFL QB. That system at ND, its a pro system, its a great head-start for the NFL. I do believe he also needs time, maybe not a full year, but hes behind others in this. Hes all ball too, (wait until millions happen..) and thats very important in this super complicated world. Honestly its a perfect fit for Rhule, Teddy, and this current team. Yes teddy has bus marks on his back, still like Lance this team needs to do so growing w/o 10 million Teddy.
  3. Burrow did look like a legit #1, it is about the individual. More starts means more tapes to study and pick apart. My #1 proven trait is how they handle adversity, cause NFL is about making QBs uncomfy.
  4. Hes arm length is everything. EVERYTHING in terms of millions of dollars. If he checks in 34+, no chance hes there at 8. Theres been legit sources stating Slater >> Sewell, non-click bait types. Im full sewell >> Slater tho, Idaf about Slater being a better RG than Sewell, LOL who cares about that?!?!
  5. It did help finding more successful QBs, just like many others methods its out dated. QBs have a little NBA one and done in them, your boy Mitch and recently Lance. You got to adapt.
  6. This guy had the worst combine in NFL history. Made Greg Little and Eric Flowers look like world beaters. Shows not to put too much stock into underwear olympics. There are still gamers out there.
  7. We disagree about the easy part. Ive done the sportac& over the cap thing a few times, about the highest I get is 40-38 million. Thats with KK, weath, Parlay, Paradis all getting cut. Simple we'll math use 40. Rookie pool needs are 10(rough), tag for moton is 13, and you need to carry 8-10 into the season. That leaves 7 million for around 10 spots, some are starting spots. Check it out and see what you can come up with, just be real about numbers, contracts etc. Its not 100% correct either, but gives you a good idea. https://overthecap.com/calculator/carolina-panthers/
  8. I think youre wrong about the easy part. Since both were UDFAs, if we tender them "as same round" cheaper one, we get nothing if they sign else where. I think its 3.XX for second rounder tender, compared to 2.X for original. Miller should be around 4 million per, someone needs to play RG. He did fine, imo.
  9. I feel like fitterereer is in 15 QB deals, to drive down the market on the 2 he/they truthfully want. Dak could be signed, be some loooong years like = 8 years 280 million type of deal. Panthers have about 80 million (space) come 2022, so any deals signed this year must be low first year types. Its possible, but you could not tag or sign Moton as part of this signing. They could make it happen, just .00004% chance dallas doesnt tag, 20 other team dont match/pass panthers, and dak wants to be a panther.
  10. When Marc Packer leftd, I basically stopped listening. I know hes not everyone fav, just like any other host. I did like the whiner line and QCB bits "big big big BIG diamonds!!, we got 5 of dem!!" And I hate the blowboys, but laughed about QCB triggering half the listeners. Packer would give him poo for not having any content/material all the time. Lebron "Ugly" James, was another reminds me of @4Corners triggering folks. Wish some of the old content was on youtube... I still check in for the panthers stuff on podcast, hate the web-site doesnt allow ghosty extension. Now after listening for 4 minutes, it refreshes on its on too. About to fully quit. I just listen to guests, pay no attention to host at all. Only panther content and maybe Rick Bonnell once a year.
  11. Im very close to the same, but dont have Efa as a top 3. In fact every single player on the list Id have back except Whitehead, if youre talking minimum types deal. Need depth. I thought COrn played well, he shocked me in making the team. But like Douglaus as the year got older, play fell off badly.
  12. Prefer to stay put, I hate all these give up 5 great picks for one player type deals for the panthers. We need about 25 players, 1 player will not cover that amount. Unless Watson/wilson can block 4 DLmen, cover teams #2 WR, play OLB and MLB, TE and backup TE/OL/DL/LB/CB/Flex.
  13. False! Watson can and will block 4 DLmen and make accurate TD passes to CMC, Anderson, and Moore. Youre dumb to think otherwise, hes the solution to every need/want for the panthers.
  14. Not to mention but that goes for all the rounds, that 35th pick has way more value than the 40th.
  15. HOLY fug NUTS 10,000,000 roster bonus on day 3???? fug outta here, plus 15,000,000 base for 2021, 6mill option bonus too, kill me now. 16. I only want him if we're also getting quality draft picks along with wertz. That contract is the worst one in the current NFL, did no one see what the Rams had to give up along Goff contract? Its wasnt for stafford.... let me check the details....
  17. OL island play for OG is rare, so dont rush judge this mountain. Id still be open for a late round flyer on this guy, fyi panthers need ALLLLLLLL the help at OL....UNLESS they trade for Watson, he can block 4-5 guys and throw TD bombs to Moore/anderson!! Huddle hold me so!
  18. Wheres the mask police? They need to ruin this guys life, right meow!!
  19. Billacheat told his OLmen to hold in the SB starting in early 2000s, "They never call it". Think of it, was there a OL holding called in this one? Ive been at the fishy stage, not full tintfoil hat, but also can not unsee some of those awful calls. Facts are their are story lines the NFL hope happens and certain teams they prefer in the playoffs(ones in big media/dallas).
  20. Timing is suspect, but the source is not.
  21. Off the top rope, did I fail to mention Russel Okung also only played about 7 games? Panthers where on their 4th LT at week 17! I guess Teddy should have blocked that DE too, huh? Huddle hate boner for Teddy is infinite.
  22. They all liked Teddy form the start til about week 8, ALL OF THEM. Only when the struggles started, did they start the comments in pressers. Roaring Riot said it was one persons fault-Herniay. That statement was hard to believe, but RR has been money in the bank and hes in my circle of panthers trust.
  23. It was like all decisions- a collaborative effect. Brady spend weeks with Teddy in NO getting him up to speed. Rhule himself was a big fan. Herniay did want to save his job and if Teddy won those close games, he may have saved his arse. The issue is the contract, which is where Herniay has failed repeatedly. Teddy/agent could have been looking for a one year prove it deal, Herniay- "How about 3 with a 2nd year guarantee?".
  24. QB does get all the blame it seems.
