  1. Rhule fired a coach, after saying hed never do that. Now they promote Okam, hire inexperienced Pot Roast, and experienced pass rush specialist that had a hard time finding work.. I believe Rhule will be coaching the DL. Honestly one of my fav clips form last year was Rhule doing a DL drill, too good.
  2. That tweet is wrong, he didnt play for Rhule, but did play at temple. If I remember him right, hes too old for rhule crew by close to 10 years.
  3. Well.... maybe they can hire a legit assistant DL coach to help him.
  4. No one knows, Ive already gave a few guesses. Like the contract states theres a out. Panthers *could* be shaking down Shaq for cap space....with the theat of releasing him in a leeeaaaaan market. Another could be Agents/Shaq heard he was in trade talks and called the panthers. Rhule or Fritterere confirmed it. Egos are massive in NFL and Shaqs' may have gotten hit with all the talk or lies he heard.
  5. We're already balls deep in other threads, check the ones not started by scot...
  6. Ive also heard its not too cereal til they unfollow twatter accounts....
  7. Its a lean year, the option of taking a pay cut or free agency....Well agents call around and get reference points. Then you either take the cut or cuss out the team will a new contract waiting...
  8. Could be they are testing him. Something like "Could you take a pay cut? Other wise we are looking to trade/cut you.." Egos are huge in the NFL and Rhule spoke highly of Shaq. May hurt to hear you maybe cut or need to take a pay cut. Post June 1 cut looks like the panthers could have the control. Honestly I dont know.

  10. My guess, he/agents heard his name was involved trade talks. Called Frittererer or Rhule and they confirmed it.
  11. Too real for many to handle, brains melt when the truth is told. Okung played about 7 games total and by week 17 the panthers were starting on their 4th different LT. But its ALL Teddys fault about that, same for CMC injuries and getting nothing form TEs. Teddys fault all of it.
  12. clout is the new cancer. i think this is old too..
  13. Watson can block the whole DL along with being the starting TE and top backup.
  14. Not a fan either, but I respected the fact that Boston never took the late season for granted. He was one of the only players in 2019 to give 100% effort late season. Same for last year, he payed his best late season too. Hernaiy was about the only GM to give him big safety money, have fun in washington Tre..
  15. Draft is where my focus would be for improving the QB spot. I believe theres never been 4 QBs drafted before pick 8(i think it happens this yr/anyway...). Im just not dumb, pathetic, and desperate enough to move massive resources for a team that needs massive resources due to lack of talent. I dont want to move form 8 either, but if the price is right, say a 4th&future 3rd to move up a couple spots...maybe. Houston with similar talent went 4-12 with Watson and his 2 ACLs tears. I feel like most overlook these facts. Going back to the "not dumb, pathetic, and desperate enough" part. This past draft had great examples of this. Bills traded a bunch of picks for Diggs and gave him more money. Viking took Justin Jefferson, whom looked like a young Jerry Rice while getting a rookie scale contract and control. Bills are happy with Diggs, but if they just didnt panic trade, could have had a stud rookie WR. The same thing happened with Indy and 49ers, Indy traded for Forester and made him the 2nd highest paid DT. 49ers took Kinlaw and he had a Brown like year. Panic lead to these moves. All teams are happy, but 100/100 Id take the rookie in each deal. Other QBs out other than Watson, for far cheaper cost. Minshew is worth a late rounder, Mitch is worth a cheap deal, winston is out there too. Just bad timing given the current team to trade loads of resources for Watson/3rd overall. Ask me again in 2022 and depending on the team, I may change my mind. Panthers waaaaaay over performed this past year, dont drink the juice. Team still needs QB, WHOLE OL, LBs, CBs, TEs and depth at EVERY group.
  16. Wait til other team do cuts, but if this gives you hope ignore my statement.
  17. I defended him until about week 8. He followed the Arizona game with a dud, then another dud. Right now he should only be he invited to camp. Put on the *SAME* grading scale as the UDFAs and if he gets out-played, either trade to the wft for a 5th or cut him.
  18. I hate that some legit draft experts have Sewell falling to the panthers. He is my "watson" dream with it being harder to find a great LT than great QB.
  19. I'll start using Greg instead.....that will lead to "But Olsen retired derp derp..." comments. Tis a small price to pay tho...
