I think Wilks has been told he has the job. (Speculation)
Basbear replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
since hes came back, its like hes an rookie alll over again. I sure thought by now hed be a legit game changer and ready to clear out the spot for his statue....... he trending more jag than panthers ring of honor. rusty as all hell and teams are game planing by attacking him, i hope the next group can fix him.....another issue seems to be his confidence level too... yea his tackle number are high, cause the 9 yards gain happened right around his zone.... -
How good is Brian Burns 2022 campaign?
Basbear replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
@Toomers lets say you pick or rank the following. current reddick contract- 3 yr 45 mill best guess brain burns- 5yr 140 mill best guess luvu- 3 yr 24 mill all have the similar bonus% breakdown. anyone else feel free.......i already know, no more thinking needed... -

Attacking “glass half full” posters after a loss…
Basbear replied to Wundrbread33's topic in Carolina Panthers
you have to factor in alllllllllllllllllll the activists that control the current agenda about dividing amercians. that spills over into sports and thus its pick a side, then the other group is your mortal enemy...... next comes all the "IN YOUR FACE" edgy comments. brother, its a sad timeline.. -
Heres another one for the "I was wrong". Tremble was my "sleeper breakout" player..........if he has over 10 recs i would be shocked, can not even tell hes playing 98% of time.... youre right about blocking TEs, *but the words around tremble was he going to be a much better pro...... all he has brought to the 2022 game, is being tabors dad joke punchline target....

I hated it too and Im labeled as a finessererr nut hugger. I get the TE market jumped levels, but Thomas never deserved that contract. If you heard a couple other teams were going to offer the same/more, LET THEM and take the 4th round comp!!! it was a fug up and ben did push the signing. Draft his replacement.

If I member right, RR won his classic pointless late season game(i think it was the saints) and that lost the draft spot for herbo... so for the 935,588,389,385,088 time my golden rule was correct. -
bro you need to freshen up on your 1996 history......

Eddy Pineiro playing well enough to stick around?
Basbear replied to Captroop's topic in Carolina Panthers
zane is better. ive never got over the first failcon game, still lava hot. the best is he lands a good contract and thus giving the panthers a comp pick. -
This answers many questions and starts others....

that bucs game had the most insane 3rd ive witness, glad it happened to tom. end of the pats/ raiders, reminded me of the bills titans game. I used to listen to a degenerate gambler that hosted a radio show. Ben mullar, what a damaged soul but entertaining. He lost his damn mind when it happened live on air, too funny......at one point he had a segment in which he took on the "coin"....many times the coin won the weekend over ben, miss the old feels.

At seasons end, there are 31 unhappy teams and one winner. One of the few firm rules combines both the tankers and super bowl fans. Win until you are playoff eliminated. PERIOD. Once that happens, lose all you can. Any can happen in the playoffs- including a newly expansion team upsetting the SB team form the year before in the PLAYOFFs. WTF is with the tankers wanting to lose week 1, holy lee fucck get help... It's that simple. -
100% of the players, even the ones not playing are dealin with injuries. After elf went on the shelve, Motown was been the worst performing OLman on a solid unit. Hope he can get fixed up and have a rebound 23.

PFF grades from Week 15 loss to Steelers
Basbear replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
stoke victim was #1......soft ass D -
Bro Im at or been at this idea for years- I dont even want to spend draft picks on RB. The FA RB market is full of great players for pennies on the dollar. Plus they get cut more than other spots as well. Focus on the lines and draft at least one WR each year. Only if theres a RB with a 2nd round grade, then im for using a 4-6. Talking out of both sides here- but I do love that texas stud, Id support panthers using their first 2nd round on him.

How good is the Panthers offensive line?
Basbear replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
age is key, 4 out of 5 are younger than 27. the other huge key is control- those same 4 are all under control for the next 3 years. I still remember my talk skip holtz. I asked him what was his number 1 goal when he took over a program- "fix the OL" You can control the game with a elite OL and you dont need a elite QB or elite RB/WR to get elite results. finesserererererer needs some praise for doing this via both the draft and FA allllll within 2 years. -

i need to check myself, i agree with pffffffffffftfftt -
even tho 70% of the huddle wanted to cut chubba, he had his best game of his career...... To answer the question, i need to know who is the 2023 OC. forced answer- whats the $$$$$, but heavily lead to "NO" fyi look at the 2023 FA RBs.......plus there will be cuts, parents dont let your kids play RB....

Its very smalll chance, but he could have trade value.... the sad part besides boz cashing in, is the depth for next yr is zero given mays would be the starting C. need a combo of draft picks and FAs for 4-5 spots....it never ends..
-
You forget- finnesserererer must draft 7 all-pros each year and only have one-side panther trades......those who hate on him, never give a fair shake. he also needs props for Laviska Shenault, he already had more of a impact than any realistic 6&7th combo could have..... sooo blessed to have a legit young OL, i almost want to cry.....
