  1. How many are more than 10 yards? (real yards going forward). Not the 5-8 smoke throws to Laviska/moore. Talking real NFL passes. How many each game?
  2. you got it figured out- only Joe burrow has been able to wash the stink off a yearly losing team....herbo is close. I was not a fields fan, i drove the lance bus. For 20 games fields didnt even look like a XFL QB, did everyone forget his epic 1st game?? Now for 8 games hes done a Cam 2.2 impression, very impressive. Legs are weapons and hes showing why good running QBs are nightmares. Bears trade all-world LB RSmith and pass rush killer quinn..... if not for the texans, bears would be the worst rosters in the league. I do like the TE, but thats about it......even lost their best OLman weeks ago, jenkins(the guy they traded up for with the panthers) his career maybe over as a result. pulling a burrow is the hardest thing on all of sports, props hes done this well.
  3. Bro, 99.8% of the bi-polar huddle screamed that boz should be starting over elf.
  4. Honestly how many forward(past the LOS) passes are done each game?? 4? 7? it can not be over 10....i barely remember the pray balls to moore and its only 1-3 of those each game...
  5. yea much like the CMC deal, panthers have a coach thats not able to find a role for CMC....the kicker is more than likley he is gone at seasons end...... he did the same for baker. ben is bad system only OC and panthers are making future plans based off of his problems....awful...
  6. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/2022/all/cornerback/available/ theres a few names, simialr to norman as in nfl old- sherm, haden, harris, rhodes, and even the dawg himself cockrell. corn is still out there......alford is another..former 1st round pick and only 24 year old baker is on the list too.. I count about 10 names, lots more than i thought....but how many are in shape/able to run with beast WRs???
  7. everyone forgets for the first 4 years of wilsons career he had the following- thee best scoring D thee best rushing team lucky eel like moves mixed with answered prayer balls
  8. Anyone that still wants wilks, one question- each game how many passes are over 10 yards towards the endzone.....can not count those LS/moore smoke screens. Are the numbers above 5?? im serious. bonus question at the end of foxs and riveras career how did you feel? bonus bonus prevent defense is _______ to you?
  9. I doubt, but the other choice is taylor.......... man, taylor looked great last year, but this year hes looking like matt rhule
  10. Yea, you have to use ALL means to find a QB and keep trying until you do. Panthers are not alone, many others have been looking and still are.... You still have to build a whole team.
  11. Can you believe the type of book he could write?? be over 500 pages filled with non-stop real stories...... hes had one hell of a life.
  12. I can easily see HS or college(more divII, but still..) The grown mans league??? It should not happen..
  13. Right there with you brother.......that scary part is im normalize to this behavior.......Had a great run with my past & I am at 98% peace and dont think about changes for remainder of my time.......the fear has changed......I mean......im closer to truly being a whiskey bear living in a cave than anyone would/should be.....if I was tougher, id already be there....
  14. My guy Charles Barkley has said a few times - "Good stats doesnt make a good team". its true...
  15. Just about every year there are 5-8 openings, think about it. Who the coaches with over tens at one team- Bill, tomlin, reid(? has it been ten?), .......{brain is trying}..... Mcvay?(i think its less, 7?).........vrabel?.......John Harbaugh is for sure another. So only 3 firm ones- harbaugh, Bill, and tomlin....... its a rough deal, but pays well. In others words plan on getting fired within 2-3 years and if someone else hires you.....plan on getting fired in 2-3 years
  16. Frank to me is the best insurance if Shane isnt in the plans. Like others really like steve and hes local ties....wish theres a way he could stay as the DB coach.....hes at his best there.
  17. Thats it, he still well got connecting sources to them....well league wide as well. I believe in one of the trades, it was pat that made the calls before the terms were agreed. It was the panthers moving up for christ, given this season, it looks like it was a good move for the the good guys...
  18. He has a burnt play in my mind, in the playoffs with panthers driving.....cam throws a perfect TD to take the lead, funch just needs to jump alittle or lay out for it......he didnt. it was against the saints Ill add as well... During OTAs, mini, and training the guy ALWAYS had issues with hamstrings. No memes, by far the most snaps missed via him not drinking water...... Many times a smaller CB stopped him, either by press or just wanted the ball more. Blocking was sub-par for his frame as well. You are right a few times he did get blown up, got up then headed to the huddle.
  19. funch would break the NBA record for hamstring strains GUARANTEED!! His softness disease still remains here with some of the players...
