I wanted matt rhule to hire him. Doug had a great staff, same for dallas garrett staff.....each had loads of great coaches....but rhule stuck with his baylor/temple bros.....madness. I believe it will be for RB.

Im super banking on him lighting up the combine. I believe right now the other 3 are locked in for top 8(not buying the stroud dropping talk). The first two picks will/should be QBs after da bears move their pick. Panic will set in and other teams will be making trade up calls for the remaining big 3 QB(panthers?). Reason for this is it being a weak cream WR, CB, LT, and edge/DE pool. If there no super elite valued spots, why take a risk on them?? Transfer that risk to the QB spot. Failcons being one pick in front of us is a big-time problem too, ridder is not good enough to over look a top 8 rated QB. Plus Ive done enough research and testing(mocks), if panthers want a QB, its a near must to trade up. There are only 4 prime players.

Did they not changed the rules(again?). It goes for corporate jobs now(i think)....lookup san fran and comp picks, they lead...got like 6 extra picks due. Like if you hire and its a promotion type of deal, I could be off, but rules changes happen soooo much now..

We are at opposite ends on this. So just for S&G, lets say tepper hires one of the local HC coaches to be panthers HC. Annnd add in hes winless in the last three years, average game are 6-52 losses. Youd be A-OK with it??

Thats what he should do. Act like there are NO QBs on this roster and go form there. This is coming form a Corral fan, btw. Anything he gives you is a bonus.

The deal was, JR waited a looonng time to final the sale. It was three weeks before the start of TC......he did that on purpose to force tepper to keep both hernaiy and RR.....then hernaiy got to brown nosing and honey dicked tepper...

Payton does have plenty of experience with short QBs...
