Pure honesty- Its going to be a 5 year fix*if panthers draft 10x better and land a great team builder crew. Theres no talent and the few ones need 20 million contracts now. So plan accordingly, its a long long long time before the panthers get above water...

Above average- Shaq, Moton, Thieln, Bell, Djak, eddie, heckler, jjj Off year- boze, ickey, young?, sanders, clark, chinn Everyone else is average or below(most). No hiding the 1-11 record, this is the poorest talented team in the NFL bar none. The top talent above ALL need around 20mill per contract now or very soon. Giant mess and mixed in with QB deal, it may take 4 full years *if all goods great* to even get back to .500% record. Terrible.

Has ANY rookie QB played worse than young?? I swear I just ran down the list with THREE UDFAs, THREE!!!!!!! and each still looked better than young! Most have not had the reps with 1s either and on teams just as bad as carolina(giants&bears). Just sickening. Plus Im starting to think young has the weakest arm in the NFL.
