How come tepper and fitt didnt see this?!?!? Its a fact that NFL coaching is one of demanding grids there is. You got to give 20 hours a day to the job. Thats why it felt like frank fuged tepper. He was already done with coaching, but can smile and had enough contracts to speak highly of him. Losing adds up and frank didnt care form the start, his weekly non-changes sorta back this up. bloodly hell....

It does feel like frank didnt have input in many of the coaching and other football aspects. He just checked out mentally out after it was clear about losing. I know leaky claimed frank wanted david carr. Then theres lots the other reports about franks offense must have a big tall stand in the pocket QB......then all the scouts, GM, other coaches want small guy young. It is unique and I do believe frank had his limit and didnt want to go though what it takes to get the team right. Frank is the first coach*in season* ever to be fired in back2back years. Plus I believe theres never been a team where a play caller is switched and switched back to the original play caller in the same year. Pure dumpster fire BS. My pooor poor team....

The biggest issue is once the panthers are down by a TD, I feel with there is 0.00 chance the panthers will win that week. The comeback factor is the biggest let down cause the panthers are always playing form behind....Plus I dont know what the record is in one score teams but its must be in the 1-50 win-loss ratio for the last 5 years.

The offense has given them awful field position. Mix in all the missed 4th downs, INTs, and fumbles its dam near a miracle whats evero done. Hes also had the whole season without horn and many games missed form chinn, woods, bell, shaq, YGM, houston, haynes, henderson. Even Djack, luvu, and burns have missed games. The depth is a joke and somehow its been good enough to win all games but like 2.

On one of the many shows Adam Schefter implied this has been weeks in the making and it was "mutual" between tepper and reich....frank basically wanted to be fired Schefter implied frank and davids personalities were a terrible mix shortly into the season. Heres a juicy one- One of the biggest reasons for the firing was tepper didnt like franks energy level at ALL. Each meeting it seemed frank had no drive or "want" to fix/coach this team. No "juice" or enthusiasm about day-2-day coaching the panthers. Feels like frank scammed tepper for one last NFL payday.... if true lost the few last respect points I had for fightless frank...feels like there is some truth to each.

Yes it was form that one insider on good morning NFL. I know tepper gets and deserves lots of poo, but he tried with all his money means, to correct the Rhule fugup and field a real NFL coaching staff. I didnt foresee this 1 win outcome and I bought the pre-season hype.. It just didnt click and frank had no answers to fixing ANY of the offense problems. It was the same mind numbing play calling and design. He even had the bye and one thursday game to at least try different methods.

What I heard is no new HC will take less than a 6 year contract, given teppers quick draw....... at least the smart and most wanted ones........

I think the plan is to keep fittererrererer, tabor(hes rumored to step down as HC at seasons end, but remain ST), and evero. Basically a whole new offense staff. The guy thats willing to do that will not be of the jim harbaugh or bill Belichick level. It will be some new lackey/tepper yes man. Plus you have to fix byce young........ Thats one giant mess of issues and BS. The only other solution is total wipe. I also heard that this coaching staff was the highest paid in the NFL.

Thats correct, much better product this year. *I will say I dont watch much NFL outside the panthers, but I find myself still up-to-date on the league. I also know the fantasy die-hards are crying each week, Ive seen plenty of their tears slip into NFL news.

Its a mystery to me for the "why" part. Scoring has taken a nose drive after years of increase scoring. Watch the league change more rules that favor offense.... I think the tape is out there on how to slow down those once unstoppable offenses. Coofus screwed up the NFL and college game, it set back many players and teams in terms of talent and development.

Brother its going to be 4-5 years before the team is able to win. Barring a Tua-like turn around and other miracles, the future is already over for any panther success. Another dog pile is if they team was just average, they'd be leading this shitty NFC south. Team is devoid of talent and the couple plus/above average players are soon-to-be free agents form a ONE win team........there are no difference makers on the roster.

The team around young is bad, but young has done nothing to help elevate them either. Hes just to blame as others. Again the bears and giants have teams either just as bad or worse than the panthers. Two different UDFAs have started mid-season and won double the games young has with 10 games. Just the facts.

Bro, I feel and understand you. Just 5 years of failure have taken a toll. The forum for many is means to release alllll that pain. I never could understand the gameday threads cause of the extreme comments. Im not one to bitach or complain, even if everyone is doing it. But after the uber 2023 tease, that I bought too...... people are sick and tired of being sick and tired. My deal is I can take take losing if the team is putting out positive efforts. This team has been miserable to watch. I mean the defense&ST do enough to win, but thats just adds to the pain of alllll these close loses. Now looking at the roster its full to the max with holes, even the best talent need their 2nd 20+ million deals that ruin the cap.....on a team with ONE win. No overall talent with the deal at QB and its hopeless. (no difference makers are panthers, thats the key to winning NFL games) If you find out how to ease the pain of being a true fan of 25 years, pass it along. Ive got toooo much skin in this team just to quit watching.....
