  1. I think its 1.49, but I will the the official time and numbers(he tore it up). Besides his frame, he's top .000001% But can he block edges?? what's his route tree?? those are the issues. personally I feel he should be in the discussion, among 4/5 others. Who knows the new hire Darrel bevell may change the offense system some, I hope he does......
  2. I want to post a few choice lines, its past time Davis needs firing..... get with the times UNC, dook has filled up the NBA with ballers and UNC is hang on to Vince Carter playing his 28th season. These kids do not care about Michael Jordan or Phil Ford or Big game James....If there not been a super player in the last four years, they could care less. So sad about the current state, get rid of the coaching bum!
  3. I mean this a ST signing and why not?? Dan took care of defense day 1 with Lloyd and Phillips and next day offense with picket(lololool), methie and Walker .....next up ST resigned martin for cheap and franks and this guy to round out a excellent FA period. Im still in shock panthers got the top 3 on many boards FAs to sign here......2 were discounted on top of that. so long I as don't look at the QB group........ bravo Dan.
  4. People would be shocked at what players do to add length...... Id drop the Utah measure, combine was a equal playing field for everyone....
  5. If you look at the current roster, the "upgrade" spot is either slot/starter TE or NB. Plus like it or not they are going hard/all-in this year, so drafting a backup OT maybe not high in the plans(not that I agree). I feel they will draft more of "help right now 2026" 1st rounder. So that's TE, slot, NB, or maybe DL *but the DL group is weak and got weaker with banks injury news. Given you don't want to use 1st on NB, that's leaves TE or slot. There's only one TE worth a first and the next had a insane combine and jumped into late 2nd range, otherwise wait til 4th. TE is like the RB group, one top prize, one mid and bunch of 5th+/- rounders. The high odds that WR will be BPA, so huddle prepare thy anus....
  6. That's my biggest beef and dang if its not a huge deal. Besides a few other moves ie trading up for injured brooks.... I feel he has improved the overall team and they have gotten back on track. He was without a 1st and burns didn't want his offer, that's a rough start.... His first draft is looking very scary at this point, but enough with the issues. If you look at each group, you see some young talent. He did "fix" the OL and he also improved the DL, both with depth. I don't think herniay or gut did both with depth. That trade for Michael Jackson is looking like the #2 all-timer trade behind Olsen. He got a future 2nd and stayed in the 2nd round, value-wise that was about as good as it gets. He's added solid players from the UDFA pool each year. The team just had too many issues and panthers do have fewer than he started, in past years Marty never built a bench/depth. Just the QB room, that Pickett signing feels to me like a death KO. I personally feel no hope is there and he had plenty of cheap talented options........Just to have this QB room for me, that's almost fired worthy....But important as it is, the other positions groups have improved and mostly young players are in the mix. I do not need to see if Lloyd will improve the team, I know he will. I feel Dan must use a draft pick, prefer before 6th round to draft some hope dealer in the QB room. Then roll will 3 QBs...
  7. My old man called this "playing the role".
  8. imagine writing a Kenny Pickett article...
  9. His age is not in Panthers plans, just check ANY of the ages of outside FAs in the past two years. I believe even Brandt tilis said the low age was a top goal.
  10. One thing I can say, They want players in the 25-27 age range(some excect like punter..). Wagner is older than many of the kickers currently, still producing, but I think its too much of a gap for what Panthers are targeting.....Now if Lloyd gos down with a bad injury, hope a player like bobby is still out there and takes your call.
  11. Can we even buy real ham now?? I swear 95% of the stuff is injected with 15-30% "solution" whatever the fug that salty chemcail soup. Im been a dak guy for sooo long Im scared to know what its in it now....I can not say the times Ive gotten a3 am slice/s in the mouth....God help me if theres cheese within reach when the monster is out... Man some stone mustard, dak ham, and 40 cal "mystery" bread is one of gotos as poor poor man.....
  12. I swear with pcikett added, this HAS to be a bottom 3 draft room. Id take raiders over Panthers, about the only two Id say are lower Jets? Cards? that's about it. There's around 4-5 other groups in the talk, but Ive seen 3 years of BY and even a Murray or Sanders or Ward feel like a better options than Pickett or BY.... Im Soo happy about the other position group and the draft picks, then I think of the QB room and
  13. I think Andy Reid taught me a lesson many moons ago. I always seem to find myself with a small group of players at the draft spot and thus more confused than normal. Andy- draft DL, you can not go wrong. They rotate more than other spots and get injuries more as well. Mind spark, "yes he's right". Thus I formed some draft "rules" over the years. Then college rules changed as well, thus les time for OL to learn the position. There's 3 spots I feel you need to draft every year- WR, OL, and DL. Of course not "100%", just each draft pool use 3 out of the 8 picks on those 3 is a good method. Each for different reasons, but Andy started it with his wisdom.
  14. I was a former draft nut and had ample time in the 2010s. I too researched about the consensus top 150, it made me hate marty herniay more. Like you the other teams not knowing, it killed my "want to" to spend the hours. Teams are soooo much better now, but during that time it was after the mid 3rd, then everyone had different draft boards now. After early 5th, pure dart tossing by some teams. I stopped caring sooo much about the 6th and 7th rounds too(minus the Trey Smith >> LS, smith is the highest paid OG now).. Before like that I never cared much about about the draft, then I went full-draft nut...now Im more of a "normie" draft fan with cheats. Just a panther fan and whoever they pick, I try to support to my best....Even with BY, a was 100% against, but gave him until "I didn't do anything this off-season" with his his tooth-tick arms and "whatever mindset"/////. I mean I know much more around the guys in 15-30 than the top 10, except styles...... I've gone thought all draft phases, the current one is the best one for now...
  15. That the point of using the mocks, at least for me. I too, do not follow college like I use too. Now you can use the mock sim and learn about players within the picks(or course it changes if trades happen). Still I look at pick 13-18 (same for other rounds)and include that into learning, cause even these draft sims don't know how teams will draft. Then you factor in needs and wants and BANG you have "cheated" your way into becoming a draft...a panther draft "expert". You can also use the public knowledge of player visits and layer it over the mock sims too, gives you another understanding. You don't need to "research" 150 players, just the ones around when Panthers are schedule to pick. Then you form "favorites" and such to make the draft more interesting. Now I've exposed myself, wave to those Canadian geese for me......
  16. I got you a pre-view https://old.reddit.com/r/KansasCityChiefs/comments/1jzv6it/highlight_dontari_poe_being_a_unit_on_offense/
  17. I think this is the guy with the biggest calfs in the league, like grown man Steve Smith calfs. I doubt its little over the min, no issue with bringing in former early picks for those types of deals. I mean maybe he can QB sneak.......(half joking)
  18. We need to see how that plays out before handing out the props. 2027 7th for 4 million in 2026 cap space seems like a great deal for Panthers if that's the case. 4-8(incentives) million is the going bottom rate for backup QBs, I think Dalton was right there in the 4 range. Well bonus, BY no longer wearing Huggies now....(just holding Pickett's ting hand now..)
  19. Best I got is AJ brown directs some some of "QB hate" from hurts to the rusty rifle... I mean did philly also take his salary too?? He had like 2.25 in guarantees and if so that lowers his cap increases his cap relief from 100,000 to 4,000,000+. That was a big issue from a release standpoint, 4 mill in cap space... I believe he also has around 2 mill in dead cap, but still better than 100,000 total..
  20. Honestly he is about 50/50 to make the roster this year. Draft will be big if a early 1-3 pick is used on DL, that would drop his odds to like 20%.
