  1. I have to keep reminding people, Trepper was approved owner about 2 months before the start of training camp. So youre telling me he should have fired the whole staff day one?? Imagine firing the whole staff right now, this is about the same time-line til TC. So he had to at least keep them one year. Team had vets, Cam, luke, and other talents. Team loved Ron at the time and on paper they looked like a playoff team that could go rounds if need. It didnt work, but I understand about keeping Ron. Herniay is among the worlds best brown-nosers on earth, fully fooled Trepper. Trepper while owned 5% of the steelers didnt have day-2-day involment for football decisons. He didnt rush in and act like he knew everything. His only mistake was keeping herniay that extra yeat after firing RR. But he was under a "best college evaluator" spell cast by king brown nose Herniay, it happens.
  2. We need to come up with a safety bet, I would have let you be the judge but can not given the Burris slander!!! Im up for ideas, the safety group is not hogwash.
  3. Good idea, Im always game if the price is right..... I know a OL expert, best I can do is a late round pick...
  4. I dont know if you seen his most video, but hes gotten stronger this past off-season and focused on core. Video is worth a watch, talks about his football history etc.
  5. Had two meh-to-poor years. One good with a nagging injury, it was the most recent. Im not convinced either, but this is a big year for him. If he has a great season, panthers may be forced to use the tag on him. Plus with the rebound in cap space, he could easily get top 5 money on the open market if he has a great year too. The whole NFL is looking for speed and the whole league knows Djack has elite speed.
  6. Im big on positional value. Its like many things in that theres exceptions and judge case by case. Like I dont value Safety or Guard.......but that changes if the safety is Ed reed and the guard is QNelson. @rmoneyg35 is right about not spending the 7th overall on a NT, but brown showed week 1 -17 thats he entering the exception status. I honestly didnt want Brown cause I thought theres no chance he could repeat his college tape in the pros.....week one about 6 plays into game. Brown forklifts the 400 LB king douche Richie incognito about 4 yards backwards. After the whistle Richie has to adjust his helmet and chin strap. (of course later in the game douche drives at Browns knees and gave other cheap shots). That happened many times during the season, but you had to re-watch and focus on brown. DT are some of the hardest to judge, cause they get no stats. But many times are the reasons for other teammates stats.
  7. Hornets have a regular-season record of 497-690 with Jordan as an owner, good for a dismal .418 winning percentage. In 15 years, only 3 above .500 only 3 playoffs, none made it out of the first round(Knicks the same, but won at least one round) Thats all with the "recent" success Own the Nba worst season of 7–59 happened during his ownership as well. Its much better recently, but hes got about 10 years of the worst years in NBA history to makeup for. Knicks like the hornets enjoyed a "up" season this year. Jordan hired Mitch, he also hired and kept Cho as well. Plus adding his run as President with some of the worst trades in history and drafting KBrown in a rich draft 1st overall, jesus chirst he was beyond awful DeSagna Diop LOLOLOLOLOL Adam Morrison LOLOLOLOLOLLLOLOLOOL Traded Crash Wallace for trash (Im already sad now) Nicolas Batum (I was wrong about him...sad) Insert 27 Tall white guys.... I still member all the history, I can not unforget the horror.
  8. Still the worst owner in sports, Mitch has done a GREAT great great job and Mike gets credit for hiring him.
  9. Bump some of the old threads, I believe I did, but can not recall my wording. I dont follow as much as past yesrs, just never was a big Kemba supporter. Petty sure i said rozier would be the better player and hated giving up picks too. So glad no max for Kemba and glad kemba got got paid as well, hes one of the good guys.
  10. I hope this is thr Panthers doing Boston a solid to get get more money form another team. Franklin >>> Tre. Even willing to let a unknown like Krob over Boston.
  11. I heard a radio interview with Gman and he agreed (without saying) that he should have picked Hunter Henry. Glad neither Herniay or Size fetish gman are no longer GMing the panthers. Tho I think a combo of the two would be fine as long as each focused on their strengths.
  12. Mr Chris Jones went 35th overall, not long after Bulter. Imagine Jones on this DL of Brown, Burns, Reddick, YGM.. Thanks Gman for having a weirdo size fetish, you freak.
  13. Reid took the high road, wished Bell nothing but the best and said he was a fan in his reply. Bell was once my favorite RB to watch, never seen a modern player with his type of patience. Not a big art-esy fart-esy man, but he was art in motion during his prime. He along nearly ALL others KK, turner, Dwill etc, got his bag and got lazy after cashing checks. Now its everyones fault but mine. Sad end to his career.
  14. Sax keeps proving time and time, he has the best drugs bar none.
  15. I feel like that time to time, best way to solve this is taking a break form the huddle. Worked for me recently on a memorial day break. I do the same for panther.com and their fluff over load content. Plus since 2017 the panthers have NOT given much to get excited about. I view this optimism as MUCH with welcome given the last couple years and Ive gotten the pessimist label plenty of times. Goodluck fellow panther fan!
  16. I think it was a combo of many things. I know he showed up 15 lbs heavier(the good kind) last year. Honestly I think RR and his DB coaches were better than Rhules Crew, just one of their strength. Even tho hes not in the NFL, I thought Steve Wilks was top 5 DB coach. Djack just figuring out how to be NFL pro rather than the opposite. I know some think Djack doesnt tackle well, I feel at least hes not scared of the act in tacking a bigger player. Since day one, he was one of the fastest players in the whole NFL too. I know he keeps in touch with LSU DBs(they call themselves DB U), that has to help lots as well. Heard him talking with the honey badger and they emphasize having a dawg mentally.
  17. Hmmm. I disagree with thinking he can not play LT, he'd need to proven that. Sewell is playing RT this season....funny since I once believe he was the best LT in ten yrs derp derpa, then his arm length happened and my want level dropped hard. Still would have picked him tho, but its not the HUUUGGGE miss like months ago feelings.
  18. I know one of the NO games (later one, I think), Drew brees AVOIDED jacksons side the entire game. I think he only threw 1 or 2 passes in jacksons direction. They attack weakness, make LB pass cover, etc.. But to me that at least showed me how the saints staff viewed Djack, I was pleasantly surprised.
  19. Missed quoting you, checkout the vid I posted above. I dont want ruin it, worth the view.
