Reid had a different QB than the team, wanted the team to sign Kap non-stop, even publicly said so after a couple games. Games that other QBs gave their all. Thats bad for a locker room not having your QBs back. Even worse when its a defensive players, cause its starts a fugly war of O vs D...The same thing Rhule was trying to end this past week..

I watch a few hours of Sam running around as a Jet.......3 of the games this year looked just the same. Its got to affect him....Joe can aid that and give help to a struggling OL. So many ways, roll sam out more, Shotgun(why sooo many under C snaps??? a few times Sam nearly got hit after 3 steps and a spin!), jumbo pass packages(giddy....), call plays that dont take 5secs to work, RUN THE GOD DAM BALL, replace Miller or daley with a traffic cone, play action after the run game is doing OK....etc etc. Stop focusing the DJMOORE pro-bowl express ala call more TE plays that they are the #1&2 reads...

Theres an young OC coach fad happening or years into...the McVay effect. Look around Zona hired a losing Texas Tech HC as theirs. After a rough start they are currently the last 5-0 team. Cleveland hired Mike Zimmers 4th(or so) OC and they look like......gulp one of the better teams in the NFL for two years running...Bolts look better with a baby face running the show. Panthers just lost to one against philly..... I mean Im no fan of this fad or movement(I did like Kevin Stefanski).....the thing is results and these young guys are not worse than the OLD ass re-hires, they seemed to be a tad better. Joe Brady is young and acting as a NFL in the best time-line for him. Owners want to win and these young guys are getting more than the old guard. Only thing I heard about the main reason for current fad is technology.... These young guys are just 100x better at breaking down the digital games and MUUUCCCCCCHHHH faster at it as well. What took 60 man hours in player/game/alignments/groups/etc etc now can be done in less than one hour....if you know how to use the tools available. That part of the NFL/football has changed the most and some are better at it than the others....

I think Sam gos into hero ball once the OL breaks down(which is HALF the time....). Issue is hero ball for Sam involves TOs and dumb decisions. Joke Brady needs to step it UP, run the ball when your backup RB is running well.....shotgun to aid OL.......put a TE in pass protection.....etc etc. Do your job and help the team win. Play Tmarshall more, jesus what do teams see in Brady??

King doesnt/didnt have the talent to over come his issues. In real life you have to be employable unless _______ . If King was a locker room cancer, being a punter is not the place to pull that. Short story- I was part of a sales team and we a had a Christmas party. Booze was flowing hard..... The #1 salesman had the great idea to go out to the front of the business and started throwing rocks/bottles/drinking glasses and the thousand+ $$$ windows. Two others joined laughing and only they only threw one bottle each at the sidewalks. Turns out he broke about 7 windows, a few drinking glasses, and miss-placed a few rocks........ Guess who got fired and guess who kept his job..... Punters in total are +/- 8% of each other. So either headache and keep him or lose 3% and get a cheaper more calm employee. Steve Smith had this happen to him here at carolina.....and it was the right move as much as it pains me to agree.

Thanks for the piece and all. I just have zero respect for Marc form a NFL standard. He took the SB glory form his mentor Ernie Accorsi and Jerry Resse. He turned those teams into the worse 53 man roster in the whole league. Awful drafter and only thing he did was ruin the roster/talent. Thats been the main reason why Gman has gotten plenty of time, cause there was near nothing on the roster......and hes done no better than Marc either....

Ive hated that contract since the second it happened, before all this missed games started....... Joke to pay any RB 16 mill per. I do not think anyone is close to 14 and its been 2 yrs, were as most top contracts have been replaced over and over... BUT NOT the panthers and their RB, bunch of dumbfugs....

Yep, Im with many others on this..... How can he be worst than whats out there currently? Again if he is, cut him and find upgradeS... Rookie and alll that, missing blocks, snap count blah balh balh...... Miller and Daley are going to place Darnold on IR themselves, how can Brown play worse with the bar at earths center?? IDKAF about his weight so long the job gets done. Like you said in PS he looked fine, even pancaked a couple and looked STRONG. At bare min, rotate him with miller/daley on gameday and prove it to everyone. Holy fugup Rhule.....
