  1. panthers finally broke scot.....
  2. Look Im no Darnold fan, at ALL. Still think about his career of playing behind the some of the worst OLs league wide and for most of you career Undrafted robbie anderson was the best weapon. Rough start doesnt say enough. He hasnt done himself favors, but far as tools, hes a near perfect fit for an modern NFL QB profile.......Just had major issues reading an NFL defensive after the snap......checks notes.... thats bad
  3. Well at least for now you can find SATs scores, but a young mind charges tons in college. They are on the list as well.
  4. The kicker is Rhule did pick a long safety and had about he same success as his QB picking skills. TMJ having a poor rookie showing and not picking Trey Smith over an LS that was IR'd to save face are my biggest draft WFTs.
  5. Did it turn victim to the racism labels?
  6. I did want Sewell at 7, bump any draft thread about two weeks until draft day and i said he was the 100% key to the whole draft. Plus I agree with Rhule and the arm length. Simple fact is- if two guys have equal talent and one is either taller or has longer arms; they are better. Slater had a pro-bowl year and is the infamous out-liner. I also have a rule about if you can get the job done; all the workouts, length, size, weight doesnt matter. John Randle was a 250 LB DT that tore apart great OL that featured 320 LB OGs&Cs. Still Slater went 12th?, i think... To answer your statement, i need to know what number is the pick? Sewell i think is younger and a better pure LT. This statement maybe be wrong, but I do think in the near future Slater will kick inside. Hes a high effort worker bee and gym rat, hes just out-working people right now. Each year those edges and DE have longer arms(dragging on the floor now), it will become a issue that can not be overcome. Like when the big brother puts his hand on the head of the little brother and the little bro is swinging like crazy but doesnt get close.
  7. He does have one of the most interesting Panther stories. Just to add another statement- For a long period of time the scariest moment in the league was meeting Ray Lewis in a tackle situation( longer ray had=more pain) . Norwell for a brief time had that title during his pull blocks.
  8. I never use da poo and had high rookie hopes. Still its not fully fair to case judgement a rookie in his rookie year. Only if they are cut or make the pro-bowl, then you can react.
  9. Hes the "biggest" let-down form the rookie class. Even with knowing he'd be like 4th at best option for targets, I still thought he'd have 400-500 yards, 45recs, and 5 TD*along with being a redzone weapon. He had to play a role in the Brady firing as well.
  10. All he needs is one more chance, I believe it will work out this time, fo sureeee.. via reddit and only til 2020; • Drove 100 down McKnight Road in Pittsburgh, which has a 45 MPH speed limit • Trashed a condo and threw furniture out a window 14th floor window, which almost hit some people, notably a child • Killed a home aquarium full of piranhas and refused to pay the man who installed the tank • Refused to play week 17 for the Steelers • Dyed his mustache blonde • Refused to pay a chef because he thought he threatened him by placing a fish head in the freezer (the fish head was saved to make a soup) • Farted on a doctor • Demanded a trade from the Steelers • Became "Mr. Big Chest" • Threw a fit over Juju winning team MVP and trashed him on social media • (Allegedly) nixed a trade that would've sent him to the Bills • Showed up to Raiders training camp in a hot air balloon • Held out and refused to show up to training camp because the NFL would not approve his helmet because it was too old for their safety standards • Froze his feet • Tried to paint over his old helmet, hoping no one would notice I guess • Acquired a newer version of the same model of helmet, which the NFL refused to let him use • Picked out a new helmet and finally showed up to the Raiders • Got fined by the Raiders for not attending camp • Tweeted the fines • Tried to fight Mike Mayock, called him a cracker, had to be held back by Vontaze Burfict, then punted a football down the practice field and said "fine me for that" • Got fined for that • Released a video where he used audio of Jon Gruden, who didn't know he was being recorded, which is illegal in California (full disclosure, Gruden has said he gave permission, but the generally accepted theory is that he said that in the hope that it would help get him to show up to the facility and not alienate him) • Demanded a release from the Raiders • Was released • "GRANDMA I’M FREEEEEE! FLY LIKE A FREEEEE!" • Made a lot of crazy tweets saying stuff like 'Devil is a lie', a proverb about burning down a village... he made a lot of crazy tweets around this time is the point here • Liked a tweet about Mayock getting raped in the ass • Signed with the Patriots • Moved in with Tom Brady • The sexual assault allegations came out (the one where he's getting sued) • The sexual harassment allegations came out (the one where he's not getting sued) • Threatened the woman not suing him in a group text that included his lawyer and had a picture of her kids in the text • Got released by the Patriots after one week • Went off on a tweet storm and said a lot of crazy poo about a lot of people, and was supportive of people sending threats to the writer of the article detailing the sexual harassment allegations • Said he was done with the NFL • Went back to college via online classes • Tried to outsource his homework to Twitter • Wants to come back to the NFL • Filed several grievances to try and get more than $40 million from the Raider's and Patriots • Was ordered to show up for a deposition regarding trashing the condo • Was accused of "reprehensible behavior" during the deposition (which is it's own insane thread, btw), which included, but was not limited too: "Arrived nearly 30 minutes late to the deposition." “[C]hanted, over and over, as if a mantra, a narrative of his own warped concept of the proceeding”. “Acting as if he was above the rule of law, [Brown] proceeded to make a mockery of the deposition process. [Brown’s] antics were so unreasonable that barely twenty [20] minutes into the deposition, his counsel asked for a break [so] he could speak with [Brown] about his demeanor. “After approximately [20-30](tel:2030) minutes, [Brown] required another break. When the deposition resumed [Brown] increased his level of obstructive behavior. At one point, [Brown] refused to answer any questions, instead saying “next question” no less than 10 times.” “Soon thereafter, [Brown] started announcing a countdown, starting at ‘five (5) minutes,’ and counting down the minutes thereafter. Before noon [Brown] left the conference room.” • Said that the Patriots have to pay him anyway, so they might as well let him play • Tweeted a couple of bizarre tweets about the Raiders using him for HBO ratings and the Patriots trying to steal his stuff and kept using this weird chicken based metaphor • Tried out for the Saints and brought an entourage and film crew to shoot a music video with him when specifically told not to do that • Called out Robert Kraft for his rub and tug massage session in Florida • Starting training for a boxing match with Logan Paul • Tweeted "No more white woman [2020](tel:2020)" • The attorney representing him in the suit involving the condo quit • Used a bunch of slurs and profane language towards cops in an Instagram video he posted • A police youth football league cut ties with him and returned a donation after the release of the video saying there was a "irreparable rift" between the department and AB • Threw a bag of gummy candy dicks at the cops in a video he posted • Got dropped by his agent • Was involved in a disputed with movers at his home where he allegedly threw rocks at the movers and moving vans. He is currently being investigated for battery by the police. • His trainer was arrested and he is still a suspect in the battery case. • Warrant issued for the arrest of AB. • AB turns himself in to Broward Country Jail wearing this suit • Rumors spread about AB signing with Tampa or Seattle • AB announces his retirement (for what I believe is the third time, it's hard to find a good record of the rest of them) • Two days later AB wants to play again and is asking for the league to wrap up it's investigation • Joins TB12 in Tampa bay
  11. QNelson made me break one of my most firmest rules about using draft capital on OG before round 3. Tyler is no nelson, but if he was ........I mean Id take Nelson 1st overall, hes "that guy". Drafting a QB at 6th, unless that guy is that guy, no chance in Rhules make or break season will that save his ass. Rhule knows and seemed to love Pickett, but if tepper has any worth......Finesser needs the final say. If Pickett is picked and can not lead the panthers to the playoffs, it becomes A HUGE SHITSHOW. Now new staff has a QB that only one staff wanted at 6th overall. My god he has the smallest hands, no chance he could play in the cold without super-gloves. I think they want to trade down, if not a few times and get a few of those 2s and 3s rather than one one.
  12. If Rhules comes back, 100% he needs to lose most if not ALL the roster building power. 300% he needs to lose any QB selecting power. NO GOING ALL OUT TO SAVE YOUR 2022 SEASON BY USING FUTURE ASSETS AND DROPPING TALENTED ROOKIES FOR 'MEH" VETs, etc etc etc. Fitts needs full control and needs BOTH eyes on the future panthers season as well as the 2022 one.
  13. I remember Norwell taking 1.58 years to reach the god-level status, then became highest paid OG in history. I member him being on the PS for the beginning of his rookie year as well. Seems I got to cheat and look it up. Turner was day 1 starter and he was a bad-ass til the first pay day/FCox became his daddy. Plus the main reason for starting Chandler and Bell, was cause of the pure cap hell that marty meatball leftd. Dave truly had no choice and had to play the 2 7 off-suit. God dam do I miss prime norwell... I maybe wrong about norwell taking 1.58 years to become thee legend. Still he was on the PS, just think at one point in time the leagues best LG was once available for free and 31 teams passed.
  14. https://fanspeak.com/ontheclock-nfl-mock-draft-simulator/draft.php?d=rswhhr 6: R1 P6 OT Evan Neal - Alabama 105: R4 P3 LB JoJo Domann - Nebraska 148: R5 P6 G Nick Broeker - Ole Miss 154: R5 P12 OT Jaelyn Duncan - Maryland 195: R6 P16 EDGE T.D. Moultry - Auburn 247: R7 P28 TE Daniel Bellinger - San Diego State
  15. WEAK-ASS OL. Strength coach should feel like he failed, DL minus Fox and reddick is soft as baby poo as well.
  16. When you do your next one, could you show were the talent gaps are?
  17. In most recent drafts, nearly all teams have 16-18 first round grades. If thats the deal this year, yes I do that trade. It does heavily depend on the draft board and where the talent gaps are. And what type of talent will be at 13 and 45(like OT? DE? or Safety(eww) etc etc) Panthers need more than one hero form this draft, just the facts. 4th-7th round heros are very rare... The other side is if,if,if,if,if,fiififififiiffifii Neal is there at 6.......how can you NOT draft him??? Id need more draft capital than 2nd to pass, but I can be had.....
  18. All my praising finally paid off this year, shame he didnt get a probowl nod like i predicted at the start of the season. Shaq, Chuba, Fox, Reddick, Taylor, tremble are about the only players who can pick up that juciy NFL check and not feel guilty this year.
  19. I know that Im near alone in thinking Rhule needs another year(unless a clear proven upgrade wants to be here). Just dont remember this many players not acting like NFL professionals during the Fox&RR eras. Fox had a lame duck year, but the players had effort at least.....same for the RR last season, at least they were trying to cash in on free agency with good tape. Some of the poorest looking panther play I can remember, how can they watch this trash?? I want to know when the groups get together and re-watch this slop over and over, how do they feel, like honestly.......
  20. The only help Darold gets is hard running by Chuba and AA. The OL, TEs, and WR do NOTHING to help him......I can not take seeing Moore drop passes, he must lead the league in that....anderson can not mustard the energy to get open or try.....and when he does HE ALSO HAS DROP ISSUES!!!. Not enough talent at TE....tremble have get there in a couple more years, but its a sad state of affairs there......poor blocking form them as well. Took thomas 4 years to not look like wet trash, he still a #3 at best.... Bum of bums!!
  21. I died on the Bell was decent as RT hill, no comment on his LT play.... Do you remember the guards for that unit? I know old Kalil was manning the C spot.... was Gary Williams one of them??....also a player that last name started with a V(veslcoguygyg??) is my next guess.. I dont want to cheat...
