You do recall when they attempted to run the ball and see the biltz pick up. Bryce was bad and so was the OL. There was not one group that played well, ST, DL, LBs, TE, S OL etc etc ALL PLAYED AWFUL.

I wasnt upset with cutting him, just the timing........(like many other moves). After the stinkers to end the last year and poor PS showings, johnson ran hard and broke like 4 tackles starting in the back-field. You reward that effort with a pink slip??? Ive been more too critical of Morgans moves, but past years have also taught me to not care about rounds 5-7. Ive broke it some, Raym was not listed among the top 12 Centers. I was complaining they didnt draft s(tarting in the 5 round) Beaux Limmer whom I thought was a legit steal at that point. The mis-managed is due to talent and cap. Before the claims they were under the cap, i believe around 3 million. Are those no names additions worth 11 million in cap space?? In which they "fixed" by giving a ok-good RT Moton nearly 40 million cap number next year. They signed a injured Wonnum, nearly all teams you need to past a physical. Before today, I thought he had a good chance to be cut. 30-40 million for average-good RT is bad football, no matter the scale. Now no idea. I do know If cut all those void years hit at once. It would be totally fine if there was no cap space so long its used on real young talent. This has to be the first time devoid of talent with no cap space. The only only proven player that deserves their big check is dbrown. Everyone else is overpaid or unknown.
