LaFleur fits on any offense side minus OL coach. Hes a great WR, TE, and OC option..... plus hes young and got plenty of connections and good history.

NYC is meat grinder, they did better and struggled with QB issues(injuries, young zack, etc). Fifth time, Id take him as a OC in nano second.

I posted that just mintues ago, I know Im not alone in my strong feelings for his services.......hope the panthers land him in some capacite ...

As much as dont want wilks, I would go along with this with minor issues/concerns.....hes a perfect fit for john fox...errr I mena ron rive.....I MEAN steve wilks...

Ye. I want Mike LaFleur on the next panther staff...BADLY.... to me hes the best current FA OC on the free market(even over frank)......Not everyone can deal with NYC, hope hes part of the new panther HC plan.....hes a great young coach, shocked thats hes free...

One of the reports was "mutual", so I bet he got a couple of calls of "I'll reverse a spot on my staff". Getting a good kyle shanahan student is very enticing to me. All the talk is about passing, but his west coast version is HEAVY RUN first, then maybe throw a pass to the TE....

how would you feel if he was the top name wilks promised as the OC??? Personally I do not hate it, kyle knows and WANTS to RUN THE BALL..... the other kicker could be trading for wilson for pennies...but i need to stop before they light the tires below my feet.... Im scared now...

If not for the 20+/- years of fox ball and RR non-boat, Id be much more open....Ive seen this movie before and ready for different theme.. Plus the fact that defense got worse after he fired Phil Snow and replaced with best bud.....plus the choke job when all you had to do was give DB help to evans side and hed be a playoff coach..... Not impressed by his schemes or gameplans if running the ball didnt work. Piss poor adjusting during the whole game as well. It boiled down to if they can run ball the win% is 80%, if not -18%.

He also improved Rivers compared to years before...... Again if its truly a "QB" league, hes been apart of three studs......ALLL downgraded without his guidance. herbo had the best rookie season in NFL history, took two steps back without.....hurts looks like a strong MVP option, without philly was talking about drafting one this past draft...rivers looked done, improved once steichen became QB coach. Unless something is waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy off about who he wants to hire for defense and/or wants to fire tabor as well....... tepper needs to nearly blank check him. It would wask the rhule stink off...

Still getting my bearings and not happy with my knowledge level. The main reason for posting this is the trades I got. I do owe bears the panthers 4th, but got their 100th(3rd comp) this year. I mainly chalked with filling needs/wants. I feel one of the OTs can and will be OG(mainly steen). Plus with the trades back, it falls on levis if success is reached. It feels like 2-4 starters and PLENTY OF DEPTH.

I believe he feels they are/can do better. They do have some low-key weapons in 3 WRs, 2 RBs, and a sleeper TE.....but that OL is ooooof.

I said before, if tepper lands Steichen, id forgive the rhule fumble....... But my fellow bear had some interesting comments- @Bear Hands were did you read he was "off" "weird" or "not adjusted"? Not thats its a deal breaker or nothing, but i am curious..

He feels like the jeff fisher replacement, 98.7 % the same.....

I was thinking that only 2 would happen, but not after doing some digging and draft prep. Unlike last year, I do think teams will reach for QBs this year. The issue is theres not a stud group of LTs, DEs, or WRs to force you to overlook the 'weak" QBs....just not a creamy draft and those QBs will benefit.

Hes another lock for top ten-I got him, 4 QBs, and Anderson thus far in the picks before panthers.

Right now I do not think he makes it to 9th. Fairly strong too- 91.7%

Yea i forgot about him, his ranking have been fairly good over the years. Couple bad ones, then a few great/correct ones. Honestly he is the best pick for QBs right now.....this years is the toughest in the last 20 some years.

Im on the mock draft deal(five in the books, not liking them thus far, learning) trying to target a earlier WR....Smith-Njigba was the pick in one of the five. likin him...
