  1. following scot post and as a contractor, plenty of others destroy their body for much less. guys like him, just dont get it. talk to doctors and nurses, they will tell you. I still hold on to the belief, if Id got on some good PEDs, I could have been some practice squad bouncing guy that just needed a couple years on the 53 and make 600,000 each year......life changing. Like others I played and had a former dallas cowboy player(my coach), tell my father that I had what to takes to play in the NFL. But I changed that path with work, I had to work. I also choose to race go-carts, just wasnt enough time for football. Even while at college had david garrard ask me to join, but i too into women and booze to go back to football. Dumb looking back.
  2. I said before hes the one person that could write one hell of a book. just a few- NFL player, 85 bears, draft into spot where he wasnt need while he was a college stud, paid dues up coach ranks, great DC, turn down 9 times for HC, 9.7 years at Charlotte, SB 50, brother cancer, Keep pounding, military, always gave goat Bill the toughest games, dave fired within 2 weeks of TC and herniay back......, fired and gos to the circus show that is wft, the name of NFL, another odd owner and he had to answer questions as the face of each team, etc etc
  3. I think there needs to be a cap status thread sticky to the top. Panthers are at -4,000,000 with Colbert can kicking. FYI to all huddlers, panthers do not have the space this year. Yes, it's possible to get around 55 million with every single trick in the book. FYI panther will need around 10 million to sign rookies. FYI most team like to carry around 10 million into the season for injuries. SOooooooo do the math, it's near impossible to sign or trade for a player/s that have some 20mill per year contract. Ramsey is a pipe dream, but dont let me stop dreamers even though its super silly....
  4. He is my clear #2 after target after thee swashbuckler...... both need a wheelbarrow....
  5. QB- Minshew, 1st round pick, corral RB- Bargain signing, chubba, blackshear WR- moore, Second 2nd rounder/3rd rounder, TMJ, smith, shenault, bargain signing TE- elite signing, temble, thomas/trade/cut??? ricci OL- ickey, christ, boze, cobert, motown, mays, brown(i believe..), coleman(swing), late rounder, bargain FA
  6. Different feeling, isnt?? I hope most of the coaching staff stay together for long as possible, some got to feel that as well..... Just my personal #1 valued strength coach along with proven cutting edge trainer and staff. Be the perfect end to this staff. Im not memeing one bit about the strength coach being that important.
  7. Brother thanks for forum news, you are still in high sky with me. Im old enough to know no one bats 1.000, dont listen to the troll/haters when they comment.
  8. Well if thats the case, panthers scouting staff do not view him over a future 2023 UDFA......plus no other team has jumped on him. Seems i over-valued him..... rip big snacks...
  9. There was no rivers or grand canyons before humans.........nor were there ice ages..........
  10. Maybe, just maybe they finalllllllly have a group that knows what NFL talent is. I still remember during 2021 FA with very little space, the following 2022 season had 110 million in cap space.....So in alll our wisdom they borrowed form 2022 to sign all the reddicks, fox, etc.......Then come 2022 there was nothing...... i feel they are going to pull the same BS this year if a top TE wants to sign here. It does not make ANY sense to constantly pay 5 win NFL players..... Its not rocket science, just use common sense and the fill in the other gaps with research.
  11. wish he had 3-4 exp, so that hurts.......im a huge fan.
  12. We are on the same wave here, I think, no I know there have already been talks with seahags have been made. The the issue is when bears trade that pick, 99.9% that team will draft a QB. Now if its texans or colts, the Seattle pick is still in play. Zona and bears *should* be drafting defense studs. The other two picks *should* be QBs...........That brings the Seattle 5th pick into the spotlight. Thats the read I got along with the hope...... Got to pray to the football gods that Stround or AR and maybe even Levis is still undrafted......
  13. Brown needs to not go soooo hard...... I didnt know about him besides all the outside love. One talk I and I see now. Wish he'd keep more of blueprint to himself tho... Plus LOLOLOLololol at the new coaches ALREADY know about joke person and derrian nunsome...... holy gods do the panthers need some fresh beat reporters.....
  14. I think both will.......per dollar wise, Id take haynes over whatever 100+ burn contract will get....haynes is on the same level for run D and just a couple levels below. High effort player. Luvu should be demon form hell as well......... need about 7 games before we will know how this works. Panthers got some 3-4 sleepers.....
  15. I foresee if theres a top TE to be had, panthers will jump and get the necessary cap space...... Then I see lots of dumpster driving, especially if boze is resigned.....
  16. We need to see the follow up season from sauce, or I do...... lets see how he handles the light and tape.....horn had just as good 2nd year......
  17. Sorta wished they kept Hospkins and Nixon around.....both could have had roles in this 3-4 D........
  18. Name one other FL player form offensive that going to be drafted this yr.......and do it quickly.....OK now theres a understanding. AR is my #2, being an upside sucker and AR is alllllll upside. If Stroud doesnt make it to 9, I'd support AR there.....but I have a big doubt he will after the pro day and combine. He should put on a SHOW.
