I'd 100% agree that Fitterer is more responsible for the awful product currently on the field AND our dismal future outlook. This team wasn't primarily a Reich problem so I'm surprised he's Tepper's first scapegoat.

O-Line switches weekly and within each game because the whole team continues to get injured. We can bring in random nobodies without experience with the rest of the line/scheme and it's not going to get better. We're just screwed at this point.

Some here truly believe that Bryce should be "processing" his WR's to further spots on the field or further away from their defender. To operate in a fantasy world, is to throw balls to defenders that are at the route endpoint before our WRs. There's a reality of such poor WR and routes that a QB cannot overcome. This is not even mentioning the offensive line.

Just because the market says he's "worth" something, it doesn't mean we need to be the ones who fall in line with recent contracts. There's a lot of mid-level roster value you can use in place of that one position. A deeper defensive line can make up for the loss of Burns, and for once maybe we'll have some fresh rushers at the end of games. You've seen our defense tends to get gassed and become less of a threat as games go deeper. Edit: There's also something that needs to be said for hedging against risk of injury. Placing lots of salary cap into one player sets up greater risk to where you're having to pick up scraps mid-season when a player goes out.

He's definitely improved in his pass-catching ability, which made him a big liability before. It's hard for me to judge this RB group because I feel like the line and/or scheme are terrible at the moment.
