  1. Our gutted defense will get destroyed by Minnesota's passing attack. They'll likely be able to coast the whole second half and test out new in-game plays for their pitiful running game.
  2. Minshew should have been our bridge QB years ago. Surprised he’s not been a full-time starter.
  3. Was a good game but hard to see positives when it was not the “franchise” QB. Even worse when you now look at how injured this roster is and it’s only week 3. The defense is gutted.
  4. Quit saying “we” when you intro’ed your whole pity party by saying to abandon the team. If you’re gone, do it without making a post saying so. Bye.
  5. Do you know the context? Dude tried giving AT a concussion for no reason in an already decided game. I wish our other players came to his defense. But nah, they’re little punks like you.
  6. Red Rifle slingin with an average of 15 yards to gain per set of downs lol
  7. I'm watching all games for as long as I can stomach.
  8. I get it to an extent. He's so niche in his role, that I think he's limited in how many plays he can successfully execute. But, I also realize that we have WR's who are useless when they line up. So who knows what the best option is... the coaching staff clearly hasn't figured it out.
  9. I've honestly been harsh on Hubbard, but he's definitely deserves his roster spot. The problem is, we're hardly an NFL caliber franchise of late.
  10. I was just thinking. What if Andy is like... these are my last years in the league, let me help this rookie out.
  11. Ok - I'm glad I saw that video. It is very likely that is the play resulting in the missed time.
  12. Ummm... that's not quite how that logic works. I also think it's a knee-jerk reaction to say Bryce is a bust. I don't agree with that thinking at all.
  13. I say knee-jerk reaction at the moment. A sample size of two is not enough to be making a well-informed assessment. Also, a great coordinator does not always translate to a great head coach. I do believe he is getting more out of the defensive unit than others could. Our defensive line is so thin and really takes away the fresh bodies late in games that other teams are able to use. CB is a weakness again with Horn gone. LB is an issue again with depth. Let's see what happens when we face some more offenses.
  14. Easily a bust. Another swing and miss in an early round.
  15. We've got to shift the strategy to accumulating draft picks and salary cap this year and next. Let the ignorant fans cry that BY has looked poor in a terrible looking offense all they want. Let's get some experience for the rookie and readjust the lofty expectations some of y'all had.
  16. So the life-long season ticketholder confronts the presumably douche away fan... and now they're dead. Terrible. Best to not confront because often times its not the punch that leads to the serious damage, but the head injury on the way to the ground.
  17. Call me a casual or whatever, but I’ve forgotten Chinn existed for long stretches this year and last.
  18. But we are consistently giving up draft capital and pushing up near the salary cap. You can’t secure long-term pieces and draft enough roster spots when that’s the mode of operation.
  19. I want to see the updated separation advanced stat for Week 2. Week 1 was horrendous for us and only one wasn’t well below average. And that has an asterisk because it was Shenault who was catching screens three yards behind the line of scrimmage.
  20. I said it in the game day thread, but we’ve got a lot of fans mad at themselves for thinking we were Super Bowl bound just last month. The product on the field is so far from their unrealistic expectations so they’re in a bit of a hysteria. This roster is missing some talent and we seem to be dropping key players to injuries at a rapid rate. This year will be painful. So far, I’m most disappointed in our recent WR draft choices. Is TMJ on the practice squad?
  21. Yep it's these half-hearted resets/rebuilds that are killing me. Ownership/management keep being fooled that we're just a few pieces away. Stuck in this awful cycle.
