He’s not infallible and I don’t think he’s tried hard enough to address the deficit at center. We have been getting absolutely abused in the post for years and nothing is ever done to deal with it. It is similar to the Panthers trotting out trash at the left tackle position since Gross retired. It’s a huge problem. Obviously we can’t get dudes like you mentioned but dudes like Drummond and Turner have been dangled in the past with no bites on our part. He also signed Hayward to that monstrosity of a contract which will be very difficult to move.

It’s ok WOW, it’s obvious you want to create a Kupchak circle jerk while not recognizing his shortcomings. He has done some good things and also some not so good things.
-
I’m not privy to the inside dealings but I’m pretty sure he could have done better than Mason frigging Plumlee. How many years has Kup been here now? And we still don’t have a serviceable big man. That’s malpractice.
-
He has committed GM malpractice by refusing to get us a functional big man. It is crippling this team that otherwise has so much potential.

Gordon wants "change of scenery"
Panthera onca replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Charlotte Hornets
His departure would be ideal for the new coaching staff. We can’t afford for Gordie to have a huge role only to tap out when it really matters. -
One more year with a better big man would have been ideal. We can't count on Hayward any longer either. It kills us when he missed the second half of the season.

Discussion: The Panther Decision involving Baker
Panthera onca replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
Cleveland will have no choice but to cut Baker at some point. No team will give up assets for Baker when they know he will be cut eventually. -
Tough crowd

I don't care what they do. Without Payton as coach they will not be the same.

"What are we doing in the draft" 2022 edition.
Panthera onca replied to Verge's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm no fan of Jimmy G but he is universally held in much higher regard in league circles than Sammy D. -
Get us a rim protector and let's see what happens. If we still flame out then Borrego gets canned. Plumlee is poo.

James Borrego / Matt Rhule…. Is their a worse 1-2 combo
Panthera onca replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Both coaches probably know the difference between their and there. -
Since when is Ole Miss a smaller program? They play in the SEC.

Moving the chains may be eliminated soon.

Corrupt spotting of the ball is the biggest issue and this won’t change that problem. -
Maybe that is Deshaun’s favorite song. He has it playing on his ear buds during his massages.

Dwayne Haskins struck by car and killed
Panthera onca replied to Cdparr7's topic in Carolina Panthers
Terrible news to see this morning. Life is fragile, hug your loved ones today. RIP Dwayne. -
Mason Rudolph comp? Woof. Isn’t this the kid that scouts were saying came across as a prick in his team interviews?
-
Damn at first glance I thought that said Ted Nugent analyzes Carson Strong.

Did he admire your ample chest?

Honey Badger is not the player he once was so if he goes to the Saints it's not the end of the world.

On the beach as well.

But it’s been lower leg injuries and a collarbone injury. I think he does over train though.

Stuff happens. I know a dude who was moving and loading up the van in broad daylight. This was back in December. He was approached by a guy who started chatting him up in a friendly manner. They talked a few minutes until the stranger pulls out a gun and started pistol whipping the guy I know. My friend was knocked down but was able to grab the pistol he had on him and shoot the perp. The perp got in his car and drove a few blocks before he died. People in general are targets, guys with money and fame more so.

This is really a nothing burger. He has a little weed for his own use and a gun for protection as he is a professional athlete. Any decent lawyer will get him out of this no problem.
