    If Sewell is gone at 8, I say we trade back no further than 15. We should be able to get either Slater or Darisaw still and possibly pick up an extra 2nd in the process.

    In the last 20 years, We are tied for 12th in playoff appearances and 5th for Superbowl appearances. That is not one of the worst franchises in the league.

    Also wins don't matter as much as playoff appearances in determining whether your team is successful. I have given you a solid reason why fans should be proud of their team and you still try to downplay it. I think you just like to be in misery.

    Panthers are in the top half of the league in playoff appearances in the last 20 years, and only 4 teams have more Superbowl appearances.

    I think 8 is a little high for Slater and he will be available in the early teens. I feel Slater and Darisaw are about equal in talent and 1 should be there if we are picking in the top 15
