    Of course it’s more nuanced than that. Both sides of the table were pretty definitive when it came to Lamar, though.

    This is the truth, too. Quite a few posters who just didn’t/don’t like Lamar. It was pretty easy to see which posters were the ones who don’t like him.

    There’s a lot of Huddlers who think they know more than they really do. The Ravens were in 1st with Lamar. Dropped out of first, and the playoff picture without him. Of course they wanted him back.

    lol but we’re going to trade down with the Texans!!!!1!! even after giving up one of our best offensive pieces in DJ Moore Bryce being the pick shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.

    Man, I was on the Stroud train early on, but been seeing this from multiple people. There’s no way I’d skip out on Bryce. I feel the panthers feel the same way. There will be no trading down, and there was no real threat of us doing so.

    Just like it was pretty clear early on that the Panthers were going to trade up from 9(quite a few on here got it right guessing we’d move up to 1), it’s been pretty clear for a month now that Bryce is going to be the pick. I’m just ready for this to be over with. It’s been some years, but we’re going to have a legit star in the building again.

    I got in when Stroud was the favorite, going with Young, thanks to @*FreeFua* Im confident Young will be the pick, but ima put something on AR15. Nothing much.

    Nah, I won’t be in KC, but I’ll be representing from a resort in Orlando. Making sure to pack my Panthers Cam jersey for the bar I’ll be at.

    I’m good with Bryce, AR, or Stroud. Would also prefer Hooker over Levis.

    I like Hendon. Going lower in the first would be great for him. I’d like to see him end up with a solid organization.

    So, now the question is, what is it exactly that makes Kuechly, Olsen, and Romo, greats (in Romo’s case, we’ll go with pretty good, not great) that you feel are able to transition into coaching? What characteristics do greats have that these 3 don’t, which makes it hard to excel in coaching?

    Damn. Not a good look. Still rooting for the young man. Luckily, he still has the opportunity to prove any doubters that this test won’t define him or his career. I still want Young, though.

    There are plenty other greats that spend hours watching and analyzing tape. It’s been said Cam does this, Ray Lewis was notorious for spending numerous hours watching tape. Quite a few greats do this, which is one of the things that makes them great. Do you think Ray Lewis would make a great coach?

    Somehow the great players rarely make good coaches thing is often brought up, except when the topic of Kuechly coaching comes to play.

    I’d rather they stick with Ridder.

    Figured AR was 2nd on our wanted list, and if they trade down it would be for him. lol those wanting to trade down need to be careful what they ask for; especially if they’re not fans of AR’s game. As for Bryce, I’m excited. It’s been clear he was going to be the pick for weeks.

    Saving this for the drive home from work. Need it to get through this ATL traffic. Without listening though, I was a Stroud guy, but a few weeks ago I became a huge fan of this young man. His play speaks for itself, but the other things I’ve heard has me sold. Looking forward to him being the face of the franchise for my favorite/home team.

    I accepted it about a month ago when it became pretty clear Bryce was going to be the pick. I like Stroud, and wanted him, but I always said I’d be cool with Bryce as well.

    Cards or Bucs. Hoping it’s the Cards for obvious reasons. Don’t want Caleb in Tampa.

    Just stay put. Only way I’d even consider a move down is HOU is going to have to come up off one of them 1sts; either 12 or next years 1st. Even then, I don’t think it’s wise to pass up BY.

    Same. I want BY, and believe he’ll be special. I feel the same for AR. He wants it, and I believe he’s going to do whatever it takes to get it.
