The two who hate Cam threads are in a thread with Cam mentioned lol. I wouldn’t mind Baker, but I’d rather start fresh. I honestly don’t even want Cam back. Don’t Baker have character concerns? Well, his old team says he’s childish and I know how a lot of folks on here hated “divas” lol

I’ve accepted we’re not going to be bad enough for Stroud or Young, so with that, I’d just go Willis. He’ll have the line to do some work and grow.

I’d take Jameis over Baker, but I want neither. Would’ve took either a year ago, but now I’d rather go the draft route.

With the turnovers, Baker is a lesser Jameis if we’re being real. Most in here don’t want Jameis, so we should definitely leave Baker alone.

I just can’t understand how some fans are willing to take a chance on “childish” Baker, that’s the words of the Browns, but were annoyed by Cam. It doesn’t make sense. I don’t want Baker because I wasn’t impressed by what he did on the field. Now, I do give him some leeway due to his injury, but even before that, I just wasn’t impressed.

If we’re to draft a QB, go and get Willis and have Cam back him up/teach the ropes.

That’s good. Cam doesn’t hate this franchise like a lot of folks thinks he does. He has a genuine love for the city and state of NC. Tepper did well by bringing him back. Let’s just hope it works to our favor in this

This is true, but I’m sure Tepper has made it clear that if Rhule doesn’t work out then he will be involved in selecting the next coach. Man, honestly, I think for our sakes, we’d want Cam to talk about us to DW. I still believe there’s a love there between him and the panthers

I don’t think you have to worry about Cam talking bad about the panthers. He enjoyed his time here, and he genuinely loves Charlotte. When the panthers brought him back, the teams sins were washed

I get him wanting to play for the falcons. That’s his home team. He’s probably like Cam; a proud ATLien/Georgia boy. I just hope the falcons arent able to get him.

Honestly, Sam has no choice but to be classy. For him it’s, do you want to be in this league or not? But yes, him staying classy is a good thing

Yea, he wants to go home. A good portion of us would love the chance to play for the home team as well if we were in that position. If the falcons can’t fit him on the cap, I have no problem taking him as my teams QB, and using the 3 years to convince him to re-up. Him wanting to go home, to the falcons, doesn’t bother me. I’m sure Cam and Charles Johnson would’ve loved to play for the Falcons, but we were able to convince them to stay

We know Tepper hasn’t given up. That isn’t in his character. That’s why I believe the panthers have shut down any potential leaks. We’re still in this, but we need a little help. We have to hope the falcons are not able to trade Ryan

If he wanted to be a Saint, he would’ve been a saint by now. Maybe he is waiting on the Falcons, but if the falcons are unable to get him, I don’t mind being a sloppy second. We’ll have 3 years to convince him of a new contract
