I left downtown @ 11 and as soon as I merge onto 277 and move to the lane I need to be in a guy on my right just starts drifting over into where my car is. I had to brake and move to the left a bit to not get hit (luckily there was no car there), and of course started slamming my horn. The guy acted like I was not even there. It's like snow makes people stupid.
