  1. As a football fan, undoubtedly I would love to see CMC on the Bills. As a Panther Fan, no, I would not like that.
  2. Dude got paid a ton of money, dropped a lot of balls, bitched about the fans being unhappy about it, was one of Rhule's biggest supporters, and posted cryptic tweets all offseason. I don't like him mainly because Matt Rhule loved him, and Matt Rhule is an idiot.
  3. Robbie to the Packers, Chargers, or Titans makes the most sense.
  4. Moore has more experience than both Johnson* and Dorsey and is also younger.
  5. That would be Steichen or Moore, who are both near the top of my list.
  6. Dream scenario: Shane Steichen as HC and he brings Gardner Minshew along with him. Minshew is at best, legitimately good enough to be a starter in the NFL, and at worst, is a proven backup. He would already be familiar with the offense and would be able to work with the rookie we draft. If we had to play Minshew until The rookie got up to speed, it would not necessarily be a death sentence for the season. Also the memes. So much meme potential.
  7. The Moment Corral got hurt, his chances of ever becoming a starter in this league went to poo. He was drafted as a developmental prospect by a coaching staff on the hot seat with no intentions of having him play at all this year. They wanted him to sit, learn, and to get used to the speed/offenses of the NFL by getting practice reps. So of course the coaching staff gave him next to no practice reps in training camp because those were getting split between Darnold and Baker, with PJ taking any remaining meaningful snaps. He goes into the preseason and gets hurt after hardly taking any live action snaps in nearly 9 months due to an ankle injury before the draft. So now he sits on IR, unable to actually go through the physical motions of playing QB in the NFL at NFL Speeds, learning a bad offensive scheme from a coaching staff that won't be here next season, and most likely having to "compete" with a top tier Rookie QB prospect from what many consider a much deeper QB draft than the one he was apart of. Not to mention we will probably sign a vet QB to be the true backup to our new Rookie signal caller because there's no way in hell we go into 2023 with essentially 2 rookie QBs as the only depth on our roster. Corral playing any meaningful snaps without someone getting injured in front of him is a pipe dream.
  8. Interesting to see the influx of Practice tweets/updates the week Rhule is gone... Coincidence? I think not.

  10. Lafleur was the OC for the Jets last year as well. This is his second year as OC, as it is Saleh's second year as HC and he brought him with him from SF. Regardless, Shane Steichen remains at the top of my list. Dude has coached 3 completely different kinds of QBs (rivers, Herbert, Hurts) into pro bowl caliber players. Give him a rookie and let him mold the kid.
  11. If Fitt wants to bring in Dan Quinn then I want him gone.
  12. Yeah but they fired him sooner and got a way better coach out of it. Looks like we're going to end up with Dan Quinn this offseason.
  13. Yes Tepper is still the owner, and that isn't ideal, but the fact that Rhule was still HC and doing so poorly left the possibility that he would STILL be around long enough to fug things up for next season. Now that he's gone, we don't have to worry about him being around to ruin things for the future. We can reset with a new HC and a high draft pick and look forward to the 2023 season. The draft will be exciting again and we have a shot at a top tier QB prospect. There are plenty of qualified HC candidates out there currently, the possibility of us choosing someone this bad again isn't likely since Rhule was historically terrible and we can really only go up from here. It's a brand new day in Pantherland.
  14. DBO sign bullshit Making the Team run laps for scoring in practice.
  15. It took Jay-Z 7 years to become an overnight sensation It's working 1000% you just can't see it. Slater can't be an OT for us because he has short arms.
  16. Dude has the resume and experience to turn this dreadful offensive unit around. 2016-2019 - Chargers QB Coach - Rivers had twilight of his career resurgence and made 3 consecutive pro-bowls. Interim OC Chargers 2019 - Final 8 games of the season lead the chargers Offense to the #5 ranked offense in terms of total yards and 7th in 3rd down conversions. 2020 - Chargers OC - Lead Justin Herbert to the best rookie QB season of all time. 2021-Present - Eagles OC - Leading one of the best offenses in the league with a 2nd round project QB now playing at a pro bowl level in Jalen Hurts. He has shown the ability to coach ANY type of QB that is thrown at him and adjust his offense accordingly. Philip Rivers - Statue Herbert - Bazooka armed slightly mobile Hurts - Dual threat QB WHOEVER we would draft at QB this draft, Steichen could get the best out of him. He should be our top target.
  17. Send Robbie to GB or KC and get some pick for him.
  18. We still have the worst record since the halfway mark last year (week 9) We have won 2 games in that timeframe. It's not any better, it just takes away more losses
  19. Historically one of the worst head coaches in NFL history
  20. I know absolutely nothing about coaching football. I know data, statistics, and measuring trends. Something about Baker's Delivery just looked off to me and I was able to go back and watch enough plays and slow it down on youtube to notice the lift every time he throws downfield. One thing I will say, he doesn't seem to do the lift on shorter passes, aka screens/passes near the LOS. Ball comes out quick and his hands separate near his chest where he drops back. My theory is that he is trying to get everything he has into his throws downfield which is why he does the load up on deeper passes.
