  1. Jackson is a FA this coming offseason, this was his contract year.
  2. He has both been hampered by the terrible QB play, as well as not played up to his potential all at the same time.
  3. The one good thing to come out of Matt Rhule's former players.
  4. This hurts our chances for the playoffs
  5. Tepper is actually worth 15.8 billion (estimated). For context, if you are making $55,000 per year, it's the equivalent to paying $174. So roughly the equivalent to getting a 3 year wheel alignment policy at National Tire and Battery. Firing Rhule is essentially car maintenance to us normal folk.
  6. It looked like Chuba wasn't even expecting the ball.
  7. https://www.espn.com/blog/carolina-panthers/post/_/id/35882/matt-rhules-rebuilding-process-for-carolina-panthers-hampered-by-turnovers-qb-play Article by Darren Newtown at ESPN. Some Gems: Guys, if we stop the turnovers, it fixes the offensive line, our run defense, our offensive play calling, and special teams coverage. It's that simple guys. Meanwhile Baltimore is 4-0 when they throw two or more interceptions.
  8. If we Take an LT we need a QB other than Cam, because Cam just ain't it anymore.
  9. I originally disagreed with you, but you are right, there were only 3 minutes left. Realistically it didn't matter one way or the other at that point whether we went for two then or later, but if it were the middle of the 4th you would DEFINITELY have more time to strategize if you don't convert and still give the team a chance to win.
  10. Oh wow, "On good authority, the Teddy deal was 100% Rhule, not Hurney. It was almost part of the deal when he was brought on as HC he wanted Teddy". Jesus Christ, please get rid of this clown now.
  11. I think the Panthers win. Our strengths match their weaknesses. Is that the best for the team moving forward? Who knows. If we get waffle stomped on our home field after a bye week by a division rival though, Rhule needs to be sent packing ASAP.
  12. I want him more than Daboll. Has had more success in more places and made Blake Bortles look good. We need that kind of Coach.
  13. https://www.si.com/nfl/2021/09/16/nathaniel-hackett-journey-from-doctor-to-dancer-to-top-head-coaching-candidate-daily-cover Another one So the DBO would go away. Neat
  14. https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2021/10/23/packers-nathaniel-hackett-coach/ He's at the top of my list. Excerpts below as to why: Dude sounds like a breath of fresh air. Forward thinking, adapts, embraces change. I want.
  15. I was hyped as hell at the beginning of the 3-0 start. There were definitely some concerns in the back of my mind that we might just be beating bad teams, and Sam wasn't exactly world beating, just playing well enough not to lose. Then the wheels fell off. If we win on Sunday, I'll probably feel nothing. as I've said in other threads, I actually think our team strengths match up well with the Falcons' weaknesses. As bad as our OL has been this year, there's has been worse. We are on a downward trend and beating up the other small kid in the class doesn't make you look like a badass. If we win out and end up in the post season I'll be thrilled and I'll eat my crow, but I seriously doubt our team is good enough and well coached enough to end the season 10-7. We have to play the Bucs twice, the Bills once, and the Falcons and Saints once each.
