I’ll never forget sitting in a leadership meeting with other clinic leads and my CEO a few years ago. Medicare was making a bunch of changes and the CEO’s response to that was increasing our workload and laying clinicians go or cutting their hours without notice. He straight up said “some people will leave but everyone’s replaceable.” I began a search for a different company the next day and had an interview within 2 weeks and took the job after a generous offer. People absolutely remember what you speak in the heat of the moment. Especially when you’re in leadership.

Wofford produces billionaires and bums alike I see... -
This needs to be the straw that breaks the camels back for Newton. About time we had some real coverage up in here.

Thank God. I enjoyed watching us maul the hell out of and intercept him when he was in TB. Nothing personal. -

My feelings for MB aside, Twitter has to be one of the dumbest places to write a novel about your deepest feelings on football. -

I’ve heard it from a few on here. It’s why I mentioned it. -

“You choose your path.” That’s what I hear people telling our soldiers getting blown up overseas anyway. At least one of the two parties is getting compensated albeit arguably not proportionately. -

How close did the Panthers come to getting Stafford? Dang close.

Teddy isn’t paid to be sitting on the bench. At least not currently. Not really seeing where the black QB thing is holding water based on your argument thus far. Any argument of the sort takes a lot of inference in 2021. -

Agreed. No one disputes the history. It’s the argument that it’s still occurring that needs to be challenged. -

If we are using Goff as an example for a white QB that gets paid for being awful I don’t think Teddy is a valid comparison. Goff might suck out loud now but he had a string of successful years with the Rams and a SB appearance. It’s not like they gave him a huge contract because he’s white. Not sure if that’s the point you were trying to make but it certainly came across as a race bait type of discussion. Just letting you know how it came across. -

I’m one of the few on here who will do it. Then I get called a clan member for it. -

Wtf does this even mean? -
That’s true. I figured the new crew wouldn’t have even brought him in but they surprised me. You’re probably right but stranger things have happened.
-
Until he suits up in a Panthers jersey it’s all speculation.
-
I’d like to see what he can do with our offense. He hasn’t touched the talent Teddy had last year since he’s been drafted.
-
I never said he was better than Stafford. I agreed that I would take him over Stafford because he is still significantly younger and his ceiling hasn’t been reached in my opinion. Plus he would not bring the same ridiculous price tag allowing us to actually rebuild.
-
Problem is that the top 4 QB off the board are likely gone by 8. Leaving us to sell the home for Watson which most reasonable folks would not do or signing a guy like Trubisky who at the right price could bring a low risk high reward option for the “rebuild process.” If they don’t think Teddy is their guy anymore they’ll likely have to pull the trigger on somebody.

Currently trying to go through a complete a bunch of the random achievements I didn’t get on the first play through. Drop those GT’s below.
