  1. This. People also forget we are hot garbage at drafting after the first round. That much hasn’t changed, even after Hurney left the building.
  2. I was a big proponent for offering up bodies vs picks. Honestly felt that this season was a wash 4 games in and getting a 1st rounder back was paramount.
  3. I get most of you don’t want a 30+ year old receiver but Higgins is 24 and would have greatly helped this offense for the right price. I have no issue with Fitt trying to make that trade if it was a justifiable value. We were only like 3 games out from division lead at the time before the trade deadline and no one can argue we don’t need help at WR when everyone on here is constantly bitching about our guys not getting separation.
  4. Does Bryce throw for more than 50% completion rating and greater than 150 yards a game in this scenario? If so, sign me up.
  5. Remember that time most of you convinced yourselves that Franks play calling was the main issue and that handing over the duties was going to save our offense? Good times…
  6. That was my board as well. I shouldn’t be better at drafting than an NFL GM but as it turns out I am.
  7. Theilen isn’t going to be around forever. Doubt he’s here next year. If you watched Downs at Chapel Hill which I did, you’ll know he’s more than just a slot guy.
  8. We had the opportunity to draft Downs. We opted for a slow WR and then an edge one pick after Downs who has done nothing. We need better talent evaluation because they’ve not only dropped the ball on so many picks but they’re often trading UP to make said picks.
  9. Throw the ball on 3rd and 10 when you’re literally 5-10 yards within a comfortable range. Fuggin pathetic.
  10. The futbol side of the house was absolutely justified. Not mad at this one. Not really mad at firings in general. More upset they can’t get the right personnel to begin with.
  11. I don’t disagree with this organization being a circus. And it’s certainly a sure fire way to see yourself out if that’s what his desire is.
  12. Can’t speak for his ability as a receiver but I can tell you his maturity level needs some work. I’m never a fan of tweeting your displeasure with your employers. Reeks of childish drama.
  13. Luvu has gotten better each year. And this is where my list ends.
  14. Some of us advocated for giving him a look. Imagine being able to keep CMC, Moore, all our draft picks and have Howell starting behind a refined O-line. We win the South this year and are deep playoff contenders. No question.
  15. I think most were high on Stroud initially. Then those scores came out and everyone turned on him. There were a few weird outliers that were bought in on Richardson and maybe one person on Levis. But I stand firm that the overwhelming majority were sold on Bryce at least a few weeks out from the draft.
  16. Were you around here prior to the draft? 90% of this board was convinced that Stroud had sludge for brains and that Bryce was Moses reincarnate.
  17. I’d say 4-4. Still Mediocre but hopeful for change. I honestly don’t know where we go from here. It’s just depressing.
  18. Good thing Bears are hurting at QB otherwise I could see this being a blood and guts 2.0 situation with DJ.
