  1. I mean if we are arguing semantics sure. If the stat followed up with “no other teams have this production” then I think it’s a different story.
  2. I’ll defer to someone with more time on their hands to investigate what the hundreds of other colleges and universities are doing in context of consecutive SB appearances but I doubt there are many with this particular stat. Regardless, it’s an interesting stat and one that I’m sure Tepper and co. might be interested in.
  3. I think that’s kind of the point of the stat. There probably aren’t any other schools that have had 20+ seasons of SB contenders. Hence the comparison.
  4. It appears we need to draft a Tiger or a Bulldog.
  5. I’ve seen articles floating around for both Stafford and Watson and all provide different teams/rationales. Tells me that no one really knows WTF is going on.
  6. In the end zone? Anybody really. Couldn’t have done much worse.
  7. I’ve heard people divided on this all season. Did Thomas really regress or did Brady under utilize him? I’ll be honest, I didn't analyze this enough during the season but one thing is for sure, his absence was felt.
  8. Watching KC vs Buffalo I have to say we undervalued the TE position this season. Mahomes has thrown underneath all evening and Kelce has beaten his man nearly every damn play. When he’s not hitting Kelce for a first down Hill is juking half the secondary out of their cleats for a huge gain. Would we gripe about Teddy dinking/dunking as much if our guy is muscling his way for a first down every completion?
  9. No Brady or Brees would certainly improve our situation in Carolina.
  10. That is an interesting factoid and not debating that whatsoever.
  11. 3 of the last 6 years has seen NFC South teams compete in the Super Bowl. Albeit, both Carolina and ATL didn’t come away with a win, Brady and the Bucs will have a chance to do what they couldn’t. I figured this was a telling stat of the competition we have had to endure the last few years and perhaps points to a bit of our mediocrity as well.
  12. I might be in the minority in this but I hope this doesn’t become a trend in the NFL. I don’t know what happened in Houston and not saying Watson is or isn’t justified in wanting to leave. With that said...I’ve stopped watching NBA altogether due to the ever growing trend in players dictating where they play and who they play with. It sucks the fun out of the competition for me. Prima donnas creating super teams and chasing rings just doesn’t carry the same excitement as the organic experience that there use to be. Just my opinion, poo away if you’d like.
  13. Yup... I like the idea of pairing him with Moore. With CMC coming back and drawing attention from the secondary it could be fun to watch.
  14. It’s the “legend” I have a problem with.
  15. I don’t know too many people vouching for drafting a QB after the first. Most arguing against drafting one in the first are doing so on the notion that you need to sell the farm to do so.
  16. I’m more concerned with the “signs” and not so much the “symptoms.”
