Refs aren't going to care about this team guys. This is the NFL. They want stories. A blowout is a story for the Saints, the drama in Carolina is as well.

I wonder who we'll trade away for peanuts this next off-season. I'll bet our fans will hate Brown by then from not being able to produce with nobodies next to him. Maybe we can get a second and a third? More picks we can throw away on RAS champions.

He's great, but he's not going to do anything without a defense end that can generate pressure. We went over this in the off-season. As much as everyone here hated Burns, we needed him. Our fans have been brainwashed into thinking some of our best players are easily replaceable every off-season. Remember when D.J. Moore was just a 'number 2' to fans?

Tepper built a soft team. Remember when we had an identity? A hard nosed team that played defense, especially the seven, and ran the ball? I miss it. I'm so over this soft ass finesse team built with 'athletes' that don't know how to play football.

He had some elite traits. The body, the arm talent, and a crazy good feel for the pocket and movement within it.

For the record, I wanted Richardson.

The sad thing is it's not going to even be worth it to tank with this team for two reasons. One being David Tepper is the owner and he can't keep his hands off the football side of the organization. Two, David Tepper's choice of General Manager will be a yes man that wants to please Tepper. The team is dead.

Not much talent left in the room. Well, I guess there's not much talent left period, we've been doing this for the last five years. The Panthers' fans underrate a talented player — remember the 'number 2' D.J. Moore? The fans call for them to be traded. The player is traded. The room is devoid of talent and the picks acquired are wasted. The fans then complain that the cupboard is bare. I feel like this just the Tepper way. The Panthers seem like they're being run by a short-sighted reactionary fan these days.

I will say this. I like that I can see what they're doing or trying to do. It isn't painfully head-scratching like under Fitterer or even Gettleman at times.

I don't mind it, even though I've said year in and out that running back aren't good positional value. I did not watch anything on him this off-season and just read brief summaries so I cannot comment on how I think he'll do in this league. Having said that, our running back room is lowkey atrocious. All of our running backs are horrendous blockers and while they give effort, there's no one that's scaring a defense. If he lives up to his potential, great pick, regardless of positional value.
