  1. Okay, we all agreed this time we're tanking right?
  2. See this is what I'm saying. Some nerd poo. You're wasting my time with checking a notification, and everyone else's, reading a post that has nothing to do with anything, all because you want a win. Woohoo, you got me on a autocorrect.
  3. I don't have to have a "constructive conservation" as I've already made my main statement. It's there, if you think what you're doing to poke holes in my opinion is worth it, it's up to you.
  4. I just stated it again in the previous message, and now you're pivoting to another argument.
  5. No, you're ignoring the basic message that I've circled back to time and time again for pedantic reasons to try and 'win' an argument without actually addressing the point. It's annoying, it's some nerd poo. The Panthers could have had a quarterback prospect had they actually had tried to acquire draft capital and looked beyond the current regular season. They did not, instead they traded capital to win a nominal number of games. You still don't want to address it or anyone that's relating to it. You've torpedoed the entire thread with this bullshit.
  6. Oh, you're just arguing to try to argue. Okay then, we should have packed it up and traded a couple players, insuring we lost two games. Now what? Why do you bother posting this? Were you gravely wrong the last couple of years on drafting a quarterback prospect or pushing for late season wins or something? Someone help me here, I don't keep up with every poster on this board anymore. This feels like this person is defending a position that they've been wrong about numerous times. It's the NFL. The quarterback is the most important position in all of sports. You need one to consistently win, and the Panthers should do everything in their power to draft one this off-season.
  7. His first press conference. Many said it then, but he sounded like a preacher — a used car salesman.
  8. In 2021 we could have lost one more and been in contention for one of the big three drafted. Regardless of how well they're playing, we didn't take a shot. The only way you get a quarterback is if you take a shot.
  9. We've been one win from having both a few seasons now.
  10. The richest owner in the league personally flew out to meet a coaching candidate, and even sat in his driveway waiting for him to come home. Are you serious? Hurney would have hired someone within the league.
  11. While true, having the first or second overall pick is more important to smart coaches than several 'pieces'. If you don't have a quarterback, you don't have a consistent team.
  12. Didn't Tepper personally fly out to meet Rhule? Yeah, that wasn't on Marty.
  13. Should the Panthers try acquiring draft picks when Rhule is fired? Are there players we're willing to part with during the season?
  14. This is good news, but god damn we're the Jets, Browns now. This early into a season and we're all about that first overall pick.
  15. We'll be just out of reach from the teams that traded their assets (in other words, tanking). Unless Rhule is fired, we're going to limp out of this season the same way we did the last few.
  16. He did score 9 total touchdowns to 5 turnovers, I believe. But hey, we have to stick with the plan of trading for quarterbacks from two of the worst franchises in the modern NFL.
  17. Maybe we just need one more corner.
  18. At least we had an identity before Tepper. I have no idea what the team is trying to do or what it stands for.
