    I said this months ago, but the Bears can find pass rushers and other linemen in free agency. Receivers though usually aren't available unless they're coming off injury, are old, and generally have knocks on them. The Bears probably were asking for D.J. from the first call.

    I get the feeling they may want Bryce Young, but who really knows. Out of the top four quarterback prospects he's the only one I haven't focused on, watching his games multiples times. The reason being is his game is almost complete, with size being the only thing holding him back.

    We have to immediately scout and take a shot at a receiver this year. Right now we just have developmental guys on the roster that may or may not pan out. Free agency is also an option, but it's going to be a bloodbath as so many teams need receivers.

    Yeah, Moore's contract was a steal. I wish the trade included one less second round pick.

    D.J. probably, but I think they would have asked for another second round pick as well.

    D.J. Moore has been criminally underrated by our fanbase. I think a lot of fans are going to be in for a surprise if they think his production is going to be easily replaced.

    I wouldn't say so. It's easier to find defensive ends in free agency, as long as you have cap room. They're both premium positions.

    Saw it coming. Receivers are so hard to find these days. Who should we target in the draft? Is Josh Downs going to available near our picks?

    I'm going to miss D.J. . I had him as my avatar for a couple of years. He was much better than some of our fans gave him credit for.

    I called the Bears wanting D.J. Moore months ago. It's hard to find receivers, they never go into free agency. I'm a bit sad though.

    So, I guess my prediction that the Bears would want D.J. Moore was correct? Or is this not the actual compensation?

    Now the choice. It's harder than you think, after watching all of the top quarterbacks games. Time to watch them all, again, and again until draft day.

    Well, just from what I've seen, he has a tendency to walk into sacks and not climb the pocket at times, instead taking off backwards for negative yards.

    Of course he can run? He's very athletic. It's just that he makes such poor decisions, holds onto the ball for too long, and doesn't navigate the pocket well enough to elude pressure.

    It's actually his best trait. He maneuvers so well in the pocket keeping his eyes downfield under heavy pressure. The game I linked has him missing receivers left and right from poor mechanics, but it shows him standing tall the entire game going through his reads.
