  1. That list really makes me think they're going to trade back using that second round pick.
  2. I hate that I watched this.
  3. Teddy and Young are so entirely different that I cannot take this seriously.
  4. Time for those in denial to start actually watching the games of these prospects.
  5. I'm just going to state my opinion. If the Panthers receive an offer they cannot refuse from the Texans, I think they'll trade down and take Richardson, over Stroud.
  6. I don't think he scored "low", but if we're looking at pure processing, I would say he's the third quarterback this year. From watching all of their games, I came away with the following impression when it comes to processing. Bryce Young Anthony Richardson C.J. Stroud Will Levis Just purely from what I saw in games.
  7. I think Richardson will at worst be the third quarterback taken in the top four picks, with the likelihood of him being taken with one of the first three picks high.
  8. Yeah, they show it, I guess. You can always watch him lock onto his first read more than any of the top four not named Levis.
  9. Yeah, actual film would be a big difference maker when evaluating. Right now as far as reads, I'm almost stuck solely looking at the quarterback's 'eyes' or helmet really.
  10. I would love to say that. Though so often Stroud can get the first down with his legs, but doesn't. Or that he could make a throw, but hesitates, or sails the pass. I wish there were more games like the Peach Bowl. I wish there were more times on film that I actually see him take the hit and deliver.
  11. I've watched all his games. The problem with Young is that he's so small and he has an average arm. Sometimes you can say Young tries to do too much, which gets him into trouble.
  12. I don't think you did. This is a valid concerned. I'm not sold on any quarterback at this point. It's just Stroud is the easiest to fault as far as film of the two. With Bryce, the biggest knock is that he's built like a JV high school quarterback with an average arm. With Stroud, there's questions about how he deals with pressure, progresses through reads, and his unwillingness to get yards with his legs.
  13. I don't know. Maybe I'm being too critical since I watch these games daily now, over and over.
  14. If it's between the two Young's processing is much better. Especially under pressure. Even when not pressured there are so many times I've seen Stroud just lock onto his first read and wait all day for them to come open. It kind of scares me when I keep reading 'scouts' assessments of Stroud and then I go to watch a game and I see him unwilling to progress through his reads, especially when they're full field reads.
